I stayed in a cheap double room with a shared bathroom for 2 nights, ideal for 1 or 2 guests. What you see is what you receive, soap shampoo may be a bit light on toiletries. Live entertainment at this venue seems to have a long history, cut off by Covid 19. Its location is it's best selling point. direct bus to echo point, walking distance to Katoomba Street, where the major supermarkets are located.

We planned to spend one night here on a brief trip to Katoomba. Even though there were some language problems, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the price was very reasonable, it left us with a dissatisfied to be directed to the motel section. When that happened, we were taken to the motel section. The room was adequate, everything was as described on the website. I would say that the images on the website were taken a long time ago! Bed and basics. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a little out of date. Not sure how clean the floor was. The next morning, we discovered hairs in the drawer under the bedside table drawer, used tissue in the drawer, and used tissue in the bed, between the sheets! There were towels provided, but no face cloth or hand towel. After a little sleep, the bed was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave very early the next day. Although the price was reasonable, there is little evidence that this historic house is being maintained or renovated. Alternatively, I suggest other lodging in Katoomba.

I think the establishment is old, I've seen complaints about it being a little run down, but it's well-kept for what it is. It's a fantastic place and at an excellent price, check-in was straightforward, and the breakfast was simple, toast cereal, milk, juice, tea, and coffee, which was adequate for me. There are motel rooms with suites, but I chose a cheaper room with a shared bathroom, which was fine. I was not really needed it because the receptionist attempted to persuade me to secure a guarantee room for an additional $120 a night, but I didn't really require it. The room itself had everything I required, including the heater, which performed excellently, I certainly needed that, the bed was comfy, there was a sink, a wardrobe for clothes with extra blankets inside, and 4 powerpoints for charging phones, books, and other items, but as it was a cheap room, there wasn't much else there, even a fridge that I kept some drinks in. Because I was on the top floor, I had to climb two flights of stairs that creaked a little, so be careful if you need to carry luggage or have trouble climbing stairs. The location of motel is on the highway right at the town entrance. The motel is 2 floors and they gave us a free upgrade for 1 of the rooms which was nice. The wifi is not very stable as it connects and disconnects quite frequently. Overall the room is ok and the bed is comfortable, but the toilet is a bit small.

The price isn't worth what it's worth, and it's not that good. The location isn't close to anything, and lots of highway noise, the bathroom is small and difficult to move in, the wifi connection isn't strong enough to work, and parking is free, but there is scaffolding taking up three spaces outside our room, so we had no place to park and had to wait until someone left to take their park due to a limited space, the room is very dimly lit. The room is tired.

I will not hesitate to return because of the excellent value it offers. This location was unique and close to popular restaurants, bars, the grocery store, the library, the laundromat, the local pool, and the train. The staff and volunteers were friendly, thorough, and friendly. It was close to the amazing tourist attractions in the Blue Mountains. This place is very special.

Everything I wanted was a clean, comfortable, and cozy spot to stay. It was. The heated room, as well as the tea making machines, added to the comfort of the bed. Checking was simple. The public spaces are very comfy to sit in, and the shower has plenty of hot water. It's not a flash, but if you're out and about and just want a bed, it's great. Breakfast at the continental rate is simple but well planned. Toast, cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. It was all I needed!.

If a little facelift were made, I might return. Its challenging to compose a review. While it is only a three-star motel, there is a lot that could be done to enhance the traveler's experience. While the bathroom wasn't very modern, our accommodation was generally clean. When we first arrived, it smelt quite foul, but we broadcast it, which was fine. Although my son described it as a medieval bathroom, it was still the finest shower we've ever taken. Although the blue bedding arrangement truly needs to be changed, the beds were quite comfortable. It felt a little shabby. In summer, I'm unsure why the electric blankets are on the bed. To avoid a sleepless night on it, I had to swivel the blanket to the side constantly. Just take it off in the heat. The door number had cobwebs on it, which somewhat shaped the mood of our stay. It would be much more enjoyable with just one simple wipe and a tiny tactic. In the room, the bins are so tiny, a larger, modern-looking bin would be preferable for guests. It would also be beneficial to wipe the room's corners to ensure that it's spotless. The 3 sisters and echo point are both wonderful features that were really peaceful and at night.

We arrived at the motel on foot with suitcases and the sound of water splashing in the parking lot. As pedestrians we walked through the motel at the front of the road and discovered that we were on the higher floor. We were directed to the correct level. Although signage would have been helpful in the beginning, signage might have been helpful. We stayed for a long time at the Katoonba town motel. Its greatest strength was its location. When I checked in I inquired where the onsite computers were located. It was discovered they were no longer available. This was disappointing because, after seeing their availability, I had intentionally left my laptop at home. They have managed to arrange a computer for our use to my advantage. The photographs on their web site also include a phone, not the room. Our sleep was disturbed after a few days. We inquired if we could have a softer mattress. We were assured they would source one. Nothing after a few days, which convinced the site manager at the time to offer us another room which we accepted. There was a tiny percentage of things that, after a few days of relief, could have been better. We discovered that there were softer mattresses on location. Management could have achieved a better result if they had asked staff members who know what is actually onsite. It wasn't continually serviced. The staff was on

Our trip to the Katoonba town motel involved a long stay. The katoonba town motel's location was its primary plus. When I arrived, I inquired about where the onsite computers were located. To be informed that they were no longer available. I had unintentionally left our laptop at home because of their availability, as shown on their website. To their credit, they set up a computer for us to use. Pictures on their website also show a phone in the room, not. Our sleep became difficult for a few days. We asked if we could have a softer mattress. We were informed that they would source one. Nothing happened in a few days, which prompted the site manager to offer us another room. After a few days of relief, we found out that there were softer mattresses on site. If management had asked the employees who know what is actually onsite, they would have had a better result. Perhaps the most annoying aspect of our stay was our room's upkeep. It was not always serviced. The staff was rotating with other facilities, some staff refused to do so, and management despite knowing that they had not been serviced did not fix the problem until it was asked by us. For a hospitality business, the grounds were unbelievable. Another staff confirmed there was no reason it ought not have been left serviced. Some

This review is difficult to write. Although it is only a low-star motel, there is a lot that can be done to improve the traveler experience. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was clean although it wasn't contemporary. It smelled quite bad when we first arrived, but we aired it and that was fine. My son described it as a medieval restroom, and he also said it was the best shower he had on the entire trip. The beds were very comfortable, however, the blue bedspread thing really needs to be changed. It felt a little grubby. I'm unsure why electric blankets are on the bed in summer. To avoid having an uncomfortable evening on it, I had to constantly pull the blanket to the side. When it's summer, take it off. Cobwebs were on the door number, which helped to set the tone for our stay. A simple wipe and a little tactic would make it much more pleasant. The bins are quite small in the room, but a moderner larger bin would be better for guests. A quick wipe of the room's corners would also make it clean. It was very quiet and peaceful at night, which is a plus, and it is very close to the 3 sisters and echo point. I would stay here again, possibly if a little facelift was done. It would

The three supermarkets and Katoomba's downtown are both within walking distance of this motel. For those taking public transport, the train station and bus stops are only a short walk away. The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic. The rest of the employees we encountered during our stay gave a friendly greeting. The rooms we reserved were cozy and spotless, and they had everything we needed for a brief stay. For breakfast, you may choose to dine in or have it delivered to your room.
