Although our stay was generally disappointing, the staff was incredibly cordial and provided the sole silver lining. The lobby needed to be mopped more frequently because it was so dirty. Nothing in the hand sanitizer dispensers showed that they were neglectful. They were charging a whopping$18 a head for rubbery eggs, boring fruit salad, and toast when we requested breakfast, which doesn't seem to be the situation for everyone. Not particularly awful, in my opinion. Because of a serious road accident en route here from vancouver where I was delayed for five hours and therefore missed my bus connection to Jasper, where I will be working, I had to locate a cheap motel for one night. I may have been able to find a nicer hotel, however, I must go back to Albany from vancouver for an additional $100. I am not certain what other people were in the room, but this place is reasonably clean. There are few complaints but nothing serious. The tissue box was empty. Nevertheless, Ill survive. My only complaint is that I am a single female traveling alone and there were untidy people in and around the area. However, because I dont smoke, I wont be compelled to spend time outside. The room did smell deodorized and a little stale as if someone had previously smoked here. Im still here until I take my bus in the morning, but the front desk employee was friendly and checked me in early thank you as my bus had canceled. I'm a little confused about the $100 incidental deposit on a room valued at 71, but I suppose they attribute that to all the uninhabitable people here and will get mine back soon.4,8/51 Agt 2023

This hotel is probably useful for airport access and cheap. If you stay for more than one night, you will have your room serviced every day. Which, I must say, was needed because it wasn't particularly clean in the first place. The staff was a little unhelpful, but everything was fine. I believe there is a shuttle service to the airport, but the transport vehicle looked like it would have trouble getting out of the driveway let alone getting to the airport. Breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was enough. There was a dennis restaurant next door which offered 15 off for hotel visitors. There was an alternative to breakfast as there was a dennis restaurant next door that offered 15 off. There were a few sketchy people hanging around most of the time, a factor may have been the diner's presence. Also there was a complete car in the parking lot next to the hotel's side entrance, which had been there for months. The door locks to the rooms doors didn't appear to be very secure. There were many outlets charging stations which we were very happy to see. The underground parking lot was fantastic! We had a fantastic week-long stay at the hotel. It was tidy, and the people we dealt with were lovely. The breakfast staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The air conditioning was the only problem, and we couldn't find a comfortable medium between too cold and too warm. I adored the underground parking lot! Would undoubtedly return.4,4/512 Jul 2023

This hotel has very good amenities, this hotel has comfortable rooms. Within walking distance to many restaurants and the Cathedral Tower, there is a restaurant bar, but we did not use it. They have nice views of the Cathedral skyline. It's a convenient stopover after flying in and within walking distance to axis to pick up a rental car.4,8/511 Jul 2023

Overall 4. 55 We spent one night in early October 2022 and chose this location due to its proximity to the airport. We weren't familiar with the traffic and didn't want to be stuck somewhere and miss our flight. We made a reservation for one king room through application. If we returned, I would make this hotel a new one. The 55 location is fairly hard to beat, being only a few minutes away and basically directly adjacent to the airport. Room 3. 55 room was roomy and featured the typical mini fridge, coffee maker, desk, chairs, etc. However, the thermostat evac wasn't functioning properly, so the room became rather warm even when we switched it down. We weren't concerned calling the reception to change rooms because we were close to other family members and were exhausted and didn't want to pack our things and move. Everything was clean. There was a pool, hot tub, and gym, but we weren't much time to go. They had a water bottle filling station right behind the lobby, across from the pool, which was great because you didn't have to pay for their water bottles in the room. If you need a ride, there is a free shuttle that takes you to the airport. Breakfast 45 we ate breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby, and it was good at 15. Service 55 there was a $5 charge on my card after that for water4,6/54 Jul 2023

Your staff is lovely and the room was clean. If you didn't have 20 microfiber sheets on your bed, I would give you 5 stars and recommend it. I don't expect fairmount sheets, but microfiber effectively traps every degree of body heat and makes it difficult to sleep. Hotels sell sleep. Bedding should at least be a priority? I book groups and love this brand. I hope this is a one-off and not the new days inn standard.4,6/526 Mei 2023

This was the best hotel ever for a team to stay! They were flexible, communicated so well with everyone, and made our experience the best. A table of snacks welcomed the team and we really appreciated that. The desk staff was fantastic! This was the first time that we really felt like they enjoyed having a full team in their hotel! This hotel is beautiful. This hotel has great staff and tasty food. At least there was a fire alarm that went off at 3 am. No, the front desk staff handled this very well. I'm hoping the bathroom needs a makeover, especially for the showertub. There are more channels and it's better to check in. The staff was very good and answered the card that wouldn't work. We were coming for a medical app and brought our dog. It was great. The area is very clean and affordable, very comfortable and situated locally. The employees always check in when they see you. Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Centre Motel. What a gem for the price. And the gentleman at the front desk is very friendly. We will be back.4,4/519 Mar 2023

I reserved a conference room here while I was there. But I entered my convoy number to ensure that it appeared on my convoy account where I was an gold participant. I do not, by any means, have high ranking compared to others, but I should have received a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Sadly, despite being informed as a gold member upon check-in, despite the fact that rooms are accessible as described on their website, was not given an upgrade even though rooms were accessible as they claimed. However, since I was checked in late and only wanted to get into my room for the night, I didn't make a sneer about it. The conference center is within a reasonable distance on foot, and nearby attractions are easily accessible. The rooftop bar and restaurant was good. The front desk personnel generally seemed chilly on average. It's not that they were rude, but they didn't seem amiable at all, no smiles, enthusiasm, just glances, or attitudes of obnoxious. Its important to point out that none of that really affected me or my visit, but nothing they did made me feel welcome. Gold and above convoy members are entitled to a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, please honor it or else why would I want to remain loyal to convoy? The sofa in the room has a large gap in the middle.
