My favorite stay of a 12 night road trip. Entire property was extremely clean & maintained. Staff were all extremely kind & friendly. Breakfast was amazing & the waterfront was beautiful at sunset. Highly recommend.

The view from the room was amazing. We were quite comfortable there. The Starbucks coffee in the hotel lobby was pretty good. The location is excellent--easy walk to the casino, restaurants, and the Linq bus that took us to Detroit for a ball game. The riverfront area is lovely. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly.

Nice clean hotel within walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a spacious room with a stunning view over the Riverside Park and the Detroit River. It was nicely furnished and looked recently updated. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There is an adjacent parking garage with a covered walkway. The attached River Room restaurant was good too. My only suggestions are as follows: 1 - offer a choice of pillows. Feather pillows do not provide good support. 2 - put grab bars in all the shower, not just in the "accessible" bathrooms. Also, I would have much preferred a room with a tub, but did not see that option when booking.

Loved the hotel and stay in a river view room. Had a fabulous lamb shank meal in their restaurant.was expecting housecoats but unfortunately there weren’t any. We highly recommend.

Extremely clean, front desk could have been more helpful but they were not rude. We stayed in a King Suite and it was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable and the decor was on point! The best part, location! We went across the street and ate at the Bistro which overlooks the river. Excellent service! For dinner we ate at the Keg and the steaks were amazing!

The food at the floor two restaurant is amazing. I always get their hummus and tzatziki when I visit. The rooms are always clean. Staff is always very helpful. I only stay here when in Windsor!

Besides the body wash being empty in the shower upon arrival. All was excellent! It was a clean room with comfy beds and pillows. They greeted us with warm oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies at check in. Was a nice surprise.

Great location! Right on the Detroit River, Great staff, super clean, great beds and bath. They have a breakfast buffet, the usual. We ordered off the menu, we liked that better, great coffee. Excellent experience we’ll be back to see the fireworks! The park in front is very nice and well maintained.

We didn’t do the breakfast. The room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and, of course, the cookies were on point. Would definitely stay here again.
