All things are great including room condition , ac is in good working condition, staff is good but one thing I will suggest them to provide water and microwave facility if they can .

Amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent. The rooms and all areas we could see were clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk helped us to our room after giving us tons of information about the surrounding area. He was sociable and made us feel very welcome. Again, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes in daily unlike similar hotels. All the staff we encountered were kind and welcoming, I would highly recommend staying at the Kings Inn near the falls to others for this reason alone. I will definitely be staying here whenever I am visiting Niagara Falls! Thank you Kings Inn near the falls, you're all wonderful.

It was our first experience. It was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Richard was fantastic and made our day. Even after checking out, they let us to leave the car in parking lot unil 4 pm.

I really like the location. It is a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and about the same to Fallsview Casino. There are many restaurants around the area. It is also within a 10 minute drive to the go station. The manager and other staff are very friendly and accomodating. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.
