We had a great time while staying here. The location is ideal because you can easily access the hot springs without waiting in line. They have a variety of pools with different temperatures, which are fantastic for relaxation. The room was also very nice, clean, and spacious, and the staff was always very kind and helpful.

It's a great place, and I really enjoyed the hot springs. They should invest in a better chef for a hotel this beautiful. The food is terrible, bland and sometimes cold. If the hotel focuses on the food, it would be much better.

The location is close to the Thermal Water flows, which cascade for hundreds of feet, and the natural river waterfalls. In the room you can see a pool with a modern hotel facility that you can use.

In April 2022, we reserved two rooms. The two smaller rooms were both lovely, but the other was nice but basic, in accordance with the price. The rooms were fine for us, but if you sleep well, this is not a good place to stay. As the pools close late and open early, the hotel can be really loud, and the rooms have a loud stream that is heard, so when you think of the noisy air conditioning, the hotel itself is lovely and incredibly idyllic, and the pools are stunning. The actual issue for us was the service. It generally took a long time to check out and get clean towels. Both the food and the restauranttaste were quite awful. If you have a car and can travel to a nearby restaurant, Id not suggest eating there. I also wish the hotel had provided robes and shoes so that you could stroll from pool to pool. We enjoyed our stay so much, but now that weve experienced them, I wouldnt likely stay here again.
