Despite having an early departure and being extremely tired when we arrived at the hotel, we were very glad to check in at 1315. Our room was ready, but because we had checked in before 1400, we were charged an additional 5 euros. We didn't protest because we were exhausted, but we weren't causing them any extra expense, so why would they charge us 5 euros? The breakfast was excellent and included a wide variety of options. It was very busy, but the staff was very efficient at cleaning the tables and refilling the food containers. The room was warm. Quiet and cozy, but when we tried to ring reception, we were not successful because there were no instruction about using the phone. Nevertheless, an enjoyable experience.

I have a very nice place to stay here. The decor is modern, the people are friendly and the room is clean and quiet and is easily accessible. I didn't try the breakfast but I bet it's amazing. The room had everything you need. The mattress is comfy and I can sleep well. To use the hotel soap

We really enjoyed staying at the occidental prada five. Staff was great, very friendly, room very cleaned and breakfast very tasty. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to prague!.

Nice hotel, staff and personal. Excellent location, breakfast, tidy hotel and rooms. Good service in general. It's not too far to walk to bus or metro. Nice shops near the hotel. Overall we had a great weekend.

Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean. Our room was simple but had a beautiful bathroom, large shower and big bed! The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was tasty but very busy. About a 2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop and about 510 minutes tram to the center.

My spouse and I had a great time at your fantastic hotel. I can honestly say as soon as we walked through the front doors, we knew we had made the correct choice to stay with you. The room was spotless clean, and being able to stand out on the balcony overlooking Prague was out of this world. We didn't have breakfast as this is something we rarely do, so I cannot comment on it. However, we did have dinner as room service twice, which was prompt and very tasty. Your employees were all very helpful and educated. I want to thank the cleaning crew for keeping the room looking and smelled great. Prague itself was a beautiful city, you must walk to see things you would miss simply using the tram system. Our trip overall was perfect.

Our stay at The Hermitage was wonderful. The bed was excellent, the shower was great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The whole staff was very helpful. Although it is not directly in the city center, it is a quick 5-minute tram ride along route 17 into the city center. When we return to prague, we will probably stay at The Hermitage again. So that says it all.

Very comfortable hotel with a modern, tidy room. Great food. Great location near public transportation. Service that was helpful. The menu here is excellent and of high quality. But it could have been a bit warmer. Maps and directions provided at the reception were very helpful.
