We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Cairo Maadi. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well presented. What really stood out was the staff - they went above and beyond to help us when our flights were cancelled due to a staff strike. Their support during a stressful situation made a huge difference and was genuinely appreciated. They even helped us secure entry to the Grand Egyptian Museum when tickets had completely sold out for the next day. One particular staff member made a special effort on our behalf, which we were so grateful for. Breakfast was fresh with a great selection, and whenever we requested anything specific, the team were more than happy to accommodate us. Overall, we couldn't fault the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Their pleasant attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Maadi. People where very hospitable and geniunly gave me great service. Especially Ahmad & Omar from reception & Mustafa (I believe he is a bellboy), those men where very helpful and always provide service with smile and grace!!

The room was very clean. Service is wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful. The front desk is very helpful. Shout out to Sandy, Tony, Asmaa, and Omar. Also Mohamed the Restaurant Supervisor at the hotel. The breakfast at the O'Nile is fabulous. A must try. Overall a terrific hotel with staff that care. Highly recommend

This hotel was exceptional. Everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and attentive but also gave us space to relax. The only downside is the pool closing at dark but it seemed to be that way through-out Cairo so maybe it's a law?

From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, the service at this hotel was consistently excellent — and that is entirely thanks to the people who work here. The front desk team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction was handled with efficiency, warmth, and a smile. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail. The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do. The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was directions, transportation, recommendations, or simply a friendly greeting, they made every day easier and more enjoyable. Finally, credit to management for setting the tone. It’s obvious that this hotel is well run, that staff are supported, and that service culture matters here. Everyone I encountered — and many behind the scenes I never saw — contributed to an experience that felt seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. Travel is often about places, but great trips are made by people. This team gets it right. Great new hotel! The customer service provided by Nassiba Yagob was fantastic. She was always checking in and assisting with everything. She took care of all kinds of questions, including booking tours, room inquiries, and restaurant recommendations. She was incredibly kind and made us feel at home.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. They give their best to make the guests happy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The two restaurants and the lobby coffee offer local and international dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel is in the southern area ‘Maadi’, the GEM and the pyramid plateau are close and easy to reach by taxi. Around the hotel is not much to see and the corniche in front of the house is quite busy, day and night. Overall - I can highly recommend this house.
