I had the impression that I was in an oasis within an oasis. The hotel was clean and everything was working.. AC, water, refrigerator, etc. The owner was very kind and helpful in our requests for seeing the sights in I and around Biwa. Never felt the feeling that I was not welcome or a stupid tourist. We came during covid 19, but Biwa did not have a single case of covid 19, so for 4 days we forgot about covid 19, mask, etc. I was heaven.

This place is amazing. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager has great English and was the best host ever. Loved everything about this place, 3 pools, breakfast, everything. It is an amazing place, the only place to stay in Biwa.

I felt I was living in a paradise. The hotel was spotless and everything was working.. Air conditioning, water, refrigerator. The owner was very accommodating and helpful in our requests to see sights in I and nearby Biwa. Never felt unwelcome or a stupid tourist. We came during covid 19 but Biwa did not have a single case of covid 19 so we forgot about covid 19, mask, and so on for 4 days. I was heaven.

A group of friends and I used the hotel as a base for our trip to Biwa. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was basic. We had to request towels, but they were provided after asking. I was served a tasty local breakfast every day which started the day right. Given the location and access to the major cities, I would say that this hotel does a good job for their guests.

I really enjoyed it, because the manager and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The manager speaks English well and was the best host ever. The location is amazing, it is the only place to stay in Biwa.

This hotel is designed to be cozy and swan-style. There are comfy beds and a lovely fire pit in the outdoor area. Simple yet delectable, and fresh breakfast. The bathroom is the only piece that needs serious updating. Unfortunately, the hotel is not close to any of the restaurants and main attractions in Biwa, so you have to hire a taxi from the locals to get where you need to go.

We decided to stop at the motel to go to Biwa with a group of friends. The hotel had a good location and easy access to major cities. There are some nice rooms and comfortable beds, but the bathrooms are a bit basic. We asked for towels but they were given after asking. Each day we had a delectable local breakfast which gave us a great start to the day. This hotel do an excellent job for its customers, in my opinion.

Rooms were cozy and decorated in a swan-style style. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor fire pit was nice. Breakfast was simple but tasty and fresh. The bathroom needs some serious improvement. The hotel is not close to any restaurants or main attractions in Biwa, so you must hire a local taxi to take you wherever you need to go.
