This hotel is located close to the railway station and is very nice. We will be back here again.

The hotel is located next to the train station. This hotel is in a wonderful location. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very comfy. We were treated very well especially by the American born concierge, who went above and beyond to provide us with recommended day trips, restaurants, and other things. This way we feel welcome when we go on tours.

Excellent position, spotless and tidy. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Breakfast is typically French and very fresh with an omelet addition available upon request. Underground garage is also very handy, but you must reserve in advance for a modest cost.

The comfort level in this place is very good and very well situated to see the old town of Orleans. There are many types of rooms, not only with a size, but also close to the tram stop to the railway station. I would stay here again.

The hotel had a good position to visit the old town of Orleans. Very close to the main market and river. The room is spacious. Close to the tram stop to the railway station. I will come back to stay here.

The location of this hotel is very strategic and the condition is clean. The employees here were very friendly, so they can serve you well. We got a traditional french breakfast that has an omelet that was freshly prepared with an additional omelet available for request. Underground garage which is also very useful, if you want a little fee, you must book in advance.

The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Only the bathrooms have been refurbished, but the rest need good cleaning and renovation. The bedrooms have a balcony but it is dirty and lacks furniture, there is an outdoor area to arrest but no furniture and all plants are dead. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but the area is not great as far as restaurants around the property and the feeling of security to walk around in the evening.

I would most certainly return. Convenient and spotless for train passengers on a tight budget. The hotel and our accommodation were pleasant to stay in. The main shopping and eating area, the tourism office, and the train station are all only a few blocks away. The old town is only a few blocks away. The hotel and our room were both spotless and quiet. The front desk staff was friendly. Every day, the apartment was cleaned. There is a lift. Request a room at the back if you prefer quiet. During the day, there may be some noise from traffic on the front-side main road, but I think it will be quiet at night. The room was well-kept, and there was a door that separated the closet and the bathroom area. This created a wonderful dressing area and prevented other guests from causing tension. October is the ideal time to visit because it is mild and uncrowded. We never saw or heard any of the other visitors. No refrigerator or kettle is present in the room. The towels are thin and compact. There is no shampoo or conditioner, but there is a dispenser for shower gel in the shower and hand soap in the bathroom. There is heating but no air conditioning, but a fan. In the summer, it might be hot. None of these things frightened us because it's a budget hotel and you expect those things.

For train passengers traveling on a budget, it's convenient and tidy. This hotel made us happy. The train station, the main shopping and dining district, and the offices of tourism are all within two blocks of the train station. The old town is just a few blocks away. Our room and hotel were quite clean and quiet. The front desk employees were friendly. The room is cleaned daily. There is a lift. If you want a calm room, ask for one at the back. During the day, there may be some traffic noise on the front-side, but I believe it is quiet at night. The apartment was well-organized, with a door separating the closet from the bathroom area. This made for a lovely dressing room and helped to keep others in the room. October is the ideal time to visit because it is in cool weather and uncrowded. We never saw or heard other visitors. There is no fridge or kettle in the chamber. The towels are thin and compact. There is no shampoo or conditioner, but there is a dispenser for shower gel in the shower and hand soap in the bathroom. There is a heater, but no air conditioning, but a fan. It may be hot in the summer. None of these things worried us because it is a low-cost hotel and you anticipate those things. We would undoubtedly return.
