This place was made special for the sunday lunch that we ordered at the club's exit from Reins to Halanzy in Belgium on our journey back from Reins. We chose our meal a day in advance since we were a group of 19, and we were happy with it. On Sundays, the restaurant is usually closed unless you make a reservation. The chef and his wife create, prepare and serve meals together. The service was excellent and the dishes were very nice and hot. a bit more expensive than the similar cuisine we enjoyed when we were at Reins, but it was still a good value for 25 euros with an aperitif and digest.

This is a must-visit place. The owners are hospitable and welcoming. They serve a small selection of food that is always fresh and seasonal. The steak, of course, is our favorite dish.

We highly recommend this place. We had a large room at the back of the hotel with a cute view of a small barn. The room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the shower was great. We had steak dinners at the restaurant with wine and dessert delicious. We had free parking directly across the street. At checkout our bill for the stay and dinner was less than we paid for lowerquality rooms elsewhere in France.

I cannot speak highly enough of this tiny family run hotel. The proprietors have made a concerted effort to update it to make it fit in with its historic character. It is able to be modern and freshly decorated in the areas that it requires, but also oozing stylish old furniture that is updated frequently. The proprietors who speak a variety of languages are beautiful and welcoming. The accommodation was cozy, and the restaurant's cuisine was excellent. Cycles can be stored securely in the garage. A lovely visit.

I stayed early May on a boys trip around the area, three of us shared a large family room with a large double and two single beds, large bathroom and very commies mates There isn't much in the area but it doesn't have to be, the room was modern though the hotel tradition, the beer is cold and good, and the food and wine outstanding. Start with garlic prawns delicious freshly cooked in string cream sauce perfect then moved on to excellent cooked duck breast with a simple sauce and fresh spring veg, all very competently cooked, the duck soft and tender but with fat rendered and the skin crispy, it was all very good, washed down with an excellent keenly priced red. It is off the beaten track and maybe it's exterior is not as modern as others when you search, but underneath it's very good, a theme that was carried out in breakfast great coffee excellent pastry, meat, and cheese choice, and some amazing honey. All in all do not rush to this place when searching or in reality, do not rush to a hotel that is very good and very reasonably priced, our room three night meals beer and breakfast 147 not much more than great.
