I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the Geneva region for one night. The place is very nice. I booked a junior suite. The room was spacious and fully furnished. Better than expected. Gentle staff. Recommended.

We checked out the restaurant of this 4-star hotel restaurant. A very nice and fine place with an elegant atmosphere. Service adapted to the restaurant level. The daily menu has good quality options, of course the prices are dependent on the level of the restaurant, but for what you get, it's fine. The food was good prepared and delicious! Just to try.

We stayed for three nights. Our room was spacious but the establishment lacks the pride of ownership. For instance, there was a stain on the overhang of the bed. The mattresses were stacked as if they were decades old, and the beds were two single beds pushed together. The restaurants are very overpriced and little options are available for vegetarians. We decided to eat out at Le Palmer next door with excellent cuisine and Lauberge de Maison Rouge excellent as well, both restaurants offering a tiny fraction of what a bad hotel had to offer. Breakfast was expensive 17 dollars per person, but it was cheaper to go next door and enjoy freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat for just 5. 20 per person! There are no spare sockets because each is used for something in the room. There are no amenities such as a pool, sauna, and steam rooms, so it was quite disappointing when we could have had a branded hotel with all the amenities for the same price. I cannot fault the staff, they were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a wonderful location but unfortunately, the AC is lacking and we were unable to sleep at all. However, the restaurant was amazing, and even as a vegetarian, the chef sorted my meals. The choices, though all written in French, were translated for us without any fuss.

The hotel restaurant is great. Although the homeroom was okay, I would expect air conditioning in the room for this price. I think it is mandatory in the second floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.
