The room was excellent, except for closet doors - hard to open due to faulty hardware. Room was cold because building heat was off (early May). Who knew there could be a cold snap in Paris in late spring? Staff was very accommodating in providing extra blankets, much appreciated! Excellent breakfast buffet.

The surrounding area is not the best area. After all, it’s located right near the train station and it’s what you’d expect to see around train stations. That said, this hotel appears most attractive in the area. It was clean, lots of natural lights and comfortable inside of the room. My room was sufficient for one person; my room had a separate toilet room which was nice. Staff was sweet and friendly. I made a phone call for me when I had to call a local shop for something. In one morning, I asked for more instant coffee packs and the person who seemed like a manager took me into a hotel restaurant and allowed me to get a cup of coffee from the coffee machine which was what I exactly needed at the moment. If you’re traveling in and out of the train station, I recommend this hotel.

Chambre spacieuse, nickel, bonne literie, tres bon petit dej, personnel prévenant et très gentil. Quasi en face de la gare de l’est. Le café resto La ville de Provins, juste à gauche de l’hote, est bon et pas cher. Mieux qu’Aldo en face.

Lovely rooms, nice setup for two rooms for us with teens. We even had a terrace outside our room. Staff lovely and the place was clean and tidy. A good breakfast spread each morning too. I’m blue down side was many floors and just one lift…

Le personnel d'accueil est aimable et à l'écoute. La chambre est spacieuse, bien aménagée, propre. La chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure et donc calme. la piscine est agréable, l'eau à bonne température.
