I have been here for the past few days and have just read some of the other people's reviews. I'm going to believe that all of those reviews are written by one of the hotels competitors in an attempt to dishonor the hotels reputation. For example, someone complained about bugs in the microwave? There are no! From what I've seen, the problem with this place is that the higher ups do not spend enough money on the hotel itself, but they couldn't be superior in regards to the maids, employees, and on-site manager. WiFi works well, to work, the location is cheap for a few days, so this place isn't so bad. Furthermore, it is close to the palmar, rudy, and lottaburger locations, basically next door.

No-smoking room drew a fume. Cockroaches swarming behind the filthy microwave. Cigarette burns and pubic hair on the bedding cover. The bathroom looked like a poorly cleaned crime scene with stains in the shower that felt like something hazardous was disposed there. The toilet tank lid did not fit the tank. Was the original tank lid used as a weapon? Probably. No towels or toilet paper. Drug addicts and prostitutes prowled the lot on the balcony. The good thing I'm away and armed, you might need it here. As soon as we saw the cockroaches, we went back to the office and got a refund. I went to the hampton inn near to the city center, which was luxurious, clean, and safe.

The rooms are tidy and lovely, and the renovations were great. The staff is really helpful, and the coffee they serve is fantastic in the morning. As well as the front desk staff, the housekeepers and receptionists were very attentive. Thank you all for your continued business.

Very comfortable stay, I really appreciate it because of the cleanliness of the rooms and the modern design. Very nice location, not close to Hilton Tower.
