This hotel is good located. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and well sized. Breakfast was average compared to other places we stayed. The hotel was old but a bit charming at the same time. Street parking was difficult to access. For some reason, the wifi didn't work during the night. Overall, a good experience. The place is reliable, safe, and clean.

We had a great time here. This is our second time at Das Nicholai, and it was a pleasant experience. The personnel are quite pleasant, and the morning continental breakfast is excellent. Our room, which was an inner room on and floor 1, in the eu, had a small balcony. It was lovely to sit in the afternoons to unwind from the crowded streets to unwind. The bathroom's toiletry service was unreliable, the shower tub soap was not replenished during our visit, and we were only given one bar of soap for the sink. Also, there are no coffee makers or small refrigerators in the small rooms. Apart from that, the hotel is in a perfect position, with nearby bars, restaurants, and stores, and is only a 5-minute walk from the barn station.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location suitable location for my purposes office is nearby. Leopoldstrasse and the english gardens are located just off the main street. Many eateries and good transportation connections nearby. Very quiet at night and mornings, which was a bonus given that I was on the first floor. Service is superb, no complaint. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful in everything, always smiling and offering to help with anything. Breakfast is probably the highlight. Although there isn't anything special around, each item was of very good quality. The cold cuts, salmon, bread, cheese, pastries were all very delicious and enjoyable. Comfortable room! I prefer rooms with wooden floors, so this was a real plus for me. Very clean.

This charming boutiquehotel is situated in Schwabing near the english garden, near a lot of restaurants and cafes, but just 2 underground stops from the busy center and museum. The building has old charm, so as a solo traveller I felt very much at home. I was very pleased with the french details as an interior designer myself. The breakfast is excellent, the service is very nice and there is always someone ready to assist you. I will be back, thank you to the owner and staff.

This place has a good position but the service is bad. It's been three days since I stayed here and requested a basic toilet paper kit, but they never provide it. Even though the breakfast is supposed to be good, the waiter usually forgets what you ask for and won't serve you until you ask three times or above. Really frustrating.
