We stayed here for 5 nights on a coach tour. We got a kettle in the room and plenty of outlets. It was hot and stifling and without air conditioning it was difficult to get a good sleep and a comfortable nights sleep. We got a fan which helped. Our room was facing the back which we were thankful for because the rooms facing the road were exceptionally noisy due to this hotel being on a major road junction. The smokers hanging around the car park only made the noise before bed. Breakfast was of good choice and included tea and coffee. The evening meal was fine, but drinks had to be bought even water for 2. 5 euros little bottle and soft drinks cost 3 to 4 euros. Service was slow, and one night we had to wait 45 minutes for a bowl of soup as they had all our orders by am on that day. We found that the restaurant patrons who booked at were given all the attention first and had to wait. Also, we were pushed outside to have our evening meal and had to negotiate for a small table for our party to be inside. So it's just four out of five for the good service at this hotel.

We were in rudesheim and wanted to try the radiations. Coffee flamed with local brandy. On the front promenade of the shine we found the cafe bitburger. The waiter was amazing, he put sugar brandy in a cup to caramelize then added hot coffee, followed by a large flower of fresh cream with chocolate sprinkles on top of the drink. delicious, you must try.

We stayed in a Shearings holiday for three nights with my 37-person team. This hotel was great. The cleanliness was spotless, the food was delicious, and the service was attentive and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. With a group of people from Yorkshire, it was nice to find good old Yorkshire tea! Available for breakfast. A really nice touch. We definitely will visit this place again. Thanks to everyone at the rudesheimer.

In order to stay comfortable, we reserved a comfort room, which we were very pleased with. There are seven windows in the corner room! German windows and a view of the German countryside. The bathroom was spacious. There are a ton of towels, bathrobes, fly screens, and tea and coffee making amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near the shine, but the location on the main road through rudesheim makes it quite noisy. Just wanted to let you know. I assume the breakfast is served on an egg, but the portions are very small, one half of a cherry tomato per serving because of covid 19, and you also have to negotiate with your family regarding who gets the brie or pate. We parked on a nearby street and there was no fee starting the following day at 1800 0900. Friendly staff and very tidy and nice for one night.

We actually stayed twice at the beginning and end because it was close to the Frankfurt airport. Rudesheim is a tourist town but the hotel is really not in a tourist area, which we considered to be a huge benefit. Rudesheimer was perfect located, one block off the main drag and directly across the street from the georg brewer winery. Perfect! Very nice room, friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast buffet! We were pleased with our decision to stay at this hotel and will do it again if we return to the area. John Pav.
