This one was very difficult to analyze because the experience was so diverse. We were there for a fourday conference at the local conference center, and it did the job reasonably priced. We reserved on the advice of a German colleague, so to sum up the advantages it is a five minute walk from the convention center, so we walked there every morning, considering there was a conference on the value was good, the rooms were warm, dry, clean, and had the basics, once you got past the brusque exterior our hostess was very friendly and accommodating, even ironing some required for us for no additional charge, and providing the use of umbrellas. It is not corporate, so it has the potential to be fairly homely average points breakfast was good ample plentiful, fairly varied continental style, the car park is small for 3 cars, it is all a bit basic, almost spartan in decor the internet worked but it was a bit of a rigmarole and wasnt very fast negative pointsThere were no tea making facilities, the bed was a single, the welcome was rude, and the advertised ironing facilities werent. It is not a corporate area, so misses some basic requirements. Overall, if I went on a conference, I would probably stay there again. It does the job at a fairly simple level

This hotel is a perfect location for attending the trade fairs held in the nearby centre and for venturing into the city. It is a typical family run german hotel that does bed a breakfast. It is very clean and comfortable and even has a sauna. Would definitely stay here again at it is much more personable than the bigger international hotels nearby and quite a bit cheaper.

When I stayed at the nearby mess during an exhibition, I stayed there with my colleagues. Glad I didn't pay the bill personally. Despite that, it had a great shower and a nice German breakfast served by the friendly staff. Close to the exhibition centre and close to bus stops

I stayed here during a congress. The hotel is only a minute's walk from the Munich congress center. The room is clean and nice. Breakfast offers everything you need. The only negative thing is the price, which was 380 for 2 nights during the congress.

This hotel is situated in a residential area, a little farther from any major amenities, but 5 minutes' walk to the train station and 15 minutes' walk to the Congress Center. The hotel is modest but peaceful, and the environment is clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bathroom is large and has floor heating. Breakfast is good, and the internet works perfectly. If you need a local bar or restaurant, the hotel prinzregent behind the corner will provide anything you need in this area. If planned in advance, a sauna can be a plus. However, a very good place to enjoy is the perfect german public transportation nearby.

There is no question about it that the hotel service was great, not only that, but even the condition of the room was comfortable. Especially the internet connection was very good, close to mess 15 minutes and San 5 minutes. We were expecting a room rate of 200 euros, which is outrageous. The quality of the sleep was far below average. And then, the quality of the shower stream was also very bad. Besides that, the bed quality was very low.

Die Lage - zur Messe und zur S-Bahn-Station Riehm - super; Service bei der Anreise, beim Frühstück und bei der Abreise gut; Zimmer für den Preise an Messetagen günstig. - Einziger Negativpunkt war, dass ich leider ein Nichtraucherzimmer in einem Nichtraucherhotel hatte, das abends vorm Schlafengehen und morgens zum Aufwachen total in Nikotinschwaden eingenebelt wurde, weil die Raucher, die unterhalb des Zimmers auf der Terasse rauchten, ihren Rauch in mein Zimmer schickten ... und es kaum möglich war, es aus dem Zimmer wieder herauszubekommen (Durchzug ging nicht, weil das zweite Fenster ein Dachfenster nach oben ist - und es dort hinein geregnet hätte. -

Sehr nahe an der Messe gelegen und dadurch zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolles Frühstück. Nach mehreren heißen Tagen war das Zimmer aber extrem warm.

Alles prima, nur die Chefin an der Rezeption wirkte recht mürrisch. Als ich bei Ankunft nach den Frühstückszeiten gefragt habe, kam die Antwort, "Steht doch hier!" (zeigt genervt auf eine Tafel). Da hätte auch ein Lächeln mit Hinweis gereicht. Das beste am Hotel ist allerdings der genial leckere Inder direkt nebenan (arg viel mehr gibt es dann allerdings auch nicht in der Umgebung).

Det var et rigtig hyggeligt hotel. Søde hjælpsomme medarbejdere, hyggeligt værelse, god morgenmad. Internetforbindelsen virkede men kunne da godt have været lidt hurtigere.

This hotel failed to meet expectations. They charge a higher cost compared to other hotels that are in the city. The staff are rarely at the front desk. The room itself is ok, but the beds aren't the most comfortable. A particular person at the front desk was quite rude to us. It's clear from the high cost, limited working hours, and charging a high price for breakfast that they are penny-pinching. We paid quite a bit for a two night stay and it was not worth it. We won't be returning. Pass on this one.

In general the hotel was very nice. The rooms were a bit Spartan for my tastes, but for the price it was acceptable. There was not a good food selection nearby, but it was very close to the train. My biggest complaint is that they listed times for breakfast, and served what would be considered a continental breakfast, which was fine. They did not list a price, so I assumed it was included, as it would be at most hotels. When I checked out, they charged me the equivalent of $10 per day for it. Had the price been listed on the sign with the times, I would have skipped it, and gone out for a hot breakfast.

There was no mention of the specific check-in times at the time of booking. The shower was clogged and could therefore not be used. When I wanted to notify reception the next morning (waited between 8am-8:40am), there was nobody there and I had to leave to go to the work related function.
