The hotel has a very cozy and intimate atmosphere and is outdated. There are just 24 rooms. No 303, a tiny, private suite, was available for us. There is a nice view of the small inner lake. The apartment was quite spacious and had a desk for work and seating arrangements. nice bathroom. Everything is spotless. A decent breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Sadly, perhaps the restaurant was temporarily shuttered. The personnel was pleasant and helpful. The hotel had a pleasant ambiance. Parking costs 10 euros per night in the closed yard. It was challenging to connect at times, and there were a number of downtimes. However, we had a great time staying at the niederländischer hotel.

This place deserves four stars because I really liked this place. An intriguing hotel. To start, it is in a fantastic position. The hof is only a brief distance away, and the town center is close by. See photo for a walk from the hotel. Although older, the rooms have been upgraded to the latest standards while maintaining the charm of the older furniture. I liked my room, which had a fantastic view, to be cozy. However, the wifi wasn't excellent. The employees had a far better understanding of English than I spoke German, making checking simple and quick. Although breakfast is continental, omelets and scrambled egg dishes can be ordered. There is a lift inside, despite the fact that there are steps across the street.

I am divided over the rating for this property. If one compared it to, say, Conrad, it wouldn't stand up to the comparison. But there is nothing like Conrad in this part of Germany. Therefore, I give this place a very high rating. Just don't expect memory foam mattresses. The structure is well over a century old, and while it is completely spotless, there are some spots that are a touch worn out. The lobby has a few seats, and there is always a samovar with tea available. There is a small bar with local spirits, and a smoking room looks ideal if you indulge. Breakfast is delicious, with yogurt, eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, and fantastic bread. The hot chocolate is wonderful, in my opinion. The server is the true treasure. The reception staff exceeds your expectations. They are warm and welcoming, as if you are a long-time valued client. Many of the staff understand both English and Russian. This is primarily in eastern Germany. I would particularly like to thank is. Start with her kindness and assistance for my colleague who needed help with banking. The room I was in had a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The room itself was adequate. The single real drawback was a very thin and hard mattress in the four-poster bed. The view of the lake was stunning.

I would recommend this individual, family-run hotel with 24 rooms, breakfast room, outdoor patio, small bar and cozy chimney room. This hotel is equipped with traditional English furniture and provides comfortable single, double, and triple room and junior suites with living room areas. Marble bathrooms. My single room with a direct sea view was comfortable, but there was no air conditioning because the building is a landmark. The staff were very friendly and attentive during my one-week visit. Restaurant recommendations totally met my expectations. They provide a reliable in-house laundry service I gave my shirts before morning and they got them back someday afternoon. In the evening, I visited the bar for a drink or two and got fantastic hospitality from very engaged hosts. This hotel offers good value for money.

The room is spacious and bathrooms are large. We didn't try the dining area, as there was no kettle in the room. The kitchen also has a small bar and comfortable staff. The breakfast is more expensive, but there is a good selection. I would suggest it. There is also a parking space if you need it.
