The hotel is fine, the staff is friendly and the rooms aren't too luxurious. The wifi in this hotel is weak. Its dinner was very good, the staff is very friendly, the grilled meat was very good. The staff was very friendly, but the pay was a bit high due to my hangover.

It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but the tram stop is very close there is a good breakfast buffet too. Great simple typical German hotel. The room was comfy with a firm mattress and the staff was very kind.

I stayed here for the fourth time with my wife while visiting family in the city. Checking was quick and easy, no mention of any restrictions on use of the bar, however on our first night when entering the bar we were told we were not allowed into and must go to the basement bar if we wanted a drink, when we complained we were told yes correct we must use the basement bar as christmas function was being held in main restaurant and bar. Breakfast can be hit or miss when it comes to hot options, because staff are slow to replenish items. A tablet in the room offers some information but not everything appears to be in english. For a hotel with this star rating it is disappointing that only channels are in german, most European hotels offer bbd work news as a minimum. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the tram stop to the city center and with free parking is a good choice for visiting the city. Room cleaning time is random, first day was cleaned in morning the next day did not happen until late afternoon, which was just in time for us to use the room to change hotel has room on 4 floors but lift only services 3 floors.

The hotel is a bit old, but clean, convenient location and great price. Breakfast is really good, the room is large enough, parking is free, which is a plus in Europe. Check-in was very fast.
