We absolutely loved our stay at Amphora! It was a quick walk from where our taxi dropped us off. We stayed in the triple room with a sea view. It was perfect for our family of 4 and the view was incredible. Anita, the receptionist made our stay wonderful. The restaurant was exceptional. Amazing service and they don’t harass you like many of the other restaurants there do. I can not recommend this hotel more! If we are ever back in Chania, we will be staying there again for sure!

Really great place to stay. Right over at a restaurant right on the harbor. Make sure you opt for the breakfast which is probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The food in the restaurant downstairs is also out of this world.

Lovely old property right in the heart of the old town. Large roof terrace with wonderful views of the harbour. Our room also had a great harbour view. The staff were really helpful and friendly, both on the front desk and in the breakfast room, and their English is excellent. The restaurant was right on the harbour edge with great food, good non-pushy service. We would definitely stay again.

Boutique Hotel with lots of character. Best location on the old port. Balconies overlooking water. Amazing rooftop views if you dont pick a balcony. Lovely staff. Spotless clean.

Accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità dalla reception, eravamo in anticipo rispetto all'ora di check in ma abbiamo potuto lasciare in custodia i bagagli. Dopo poco, sempre prima dell'orario di check in, ci hanno telefonato per informarci che la stanza era pronta. Stanza molto curata, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Siamo stati bene e coccolati

Chania was a charming surprise in our Greek trip and Amphora Hotel was an even better surprise! Our suite was spacious and the view of the Old Venetian Port from our balcony was unparalleled. We had the chance to try the restaurant as well, which is one of the best meals we had also.

Only downside was we booked the room with one of the beds on the mezzanine; the air con air flow didn’t reach up there so got a bit hot and stuffy at night but should have realised that was a possibility given it is summer.
