I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night. Our room faced the pedestrian square, so the party revelers were out dancing all night! The hotel appears grand from the outside, but it's actually, but very clean! The staff was very helpful, the room was simple but very clean! The location was ideal! So pick your battles! Stay in the center of the action and suffer the noise! I think it was worth it! Excellent value for your money. Looking around, I believe we stayed at the best hotel in town!.

Very nice hotel, very kind and helpful staff. Great location in central Thebes. Nice toiletries. Good elevator. Breakfast was nice with some self service and some items brought in like coffee and eggs. The only issue is parking it at least there is no way to drop luggage at the hotel, so be prepared to carry luggage a block or two. Otherwise a gem of a hotel.

Nettes Hotel zentral gelegen in der Fussgaengerzone. Kostenlosen Parkplatz habe ich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt gefunden. Einziges Problem, anscheinend gab es ein Festival (oder es war ein normaler Samstag) aber da ich ein Zimmer zur Fussgaengerzone hatte war es relativ laut bis spaet. Fruehstueck war nett.

Hotel is nicely located on a pedestrian-only road in the center of town. That makes it a little difficult to find since you can't drive up right to it. Once there, it is right where you want to be with restaurants and cafes all around. It was hot so we kept shades and door closed for AC. Even so, we could hear soft crowd noise and music from street until 2 am. If we had window open I think it would have been very loud.

There's no parking near the hotel. Uou should either pay for parking lot or find one in the street. No way to reach the hotel with a car.

The location of the restaurant is close to the restaurant and clean. Suddenly the power in our room didn't work so they assign me a different room and then the breakfast was good but it turns out they didn't do their job properly. I'm sorry, I cannot remove the blinds so I had to do it myself.

My four-day stay in Shiva left me very glad to find this hotel. I was given every detail regarding my visit and support right away when I called from the usa and spoke to the kind manager, my. Apostolic. When I arrived, I was thrilled to be there. Being at home made me feel at ease. With the help of a lovely taxi driver, my. George, they assisted me in setting up my transportation. With lovely, ironed sheets and soft towels, the room was immaculate, with a full bath. The complimentary restroom was spotless, and there was also a lovely tidiness in it. They serve fresh, quality greek coffee for brunch, which is simple yet delicious. The lobby was stunning. I had a great time meeting the proprietor, my. Melitiou, who made everything easy especially in setting up my long distance trip to his shrine. John roses in via and my trip to Vera. I appreciate the staff there, my. Thanks, and the person at the reception from 1600 to 2300 a.m.

Two rooms for 11 euros are not a bad deal, simple furniture and a small space, but clean. Split air conditioning, a balcony facing the street below. Basic breakfast and a gym, but no pool. The hotel is situated on the pedestrian square, with everything you need, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, mobile shops selling SIMs, etc. The staff is helpful and jumped to greet us and help us with our luggage. Drop your luggage in front and circle for parking, it shouldn't be difficult. Just make sure not to park in the taxi spot. Driving to the hotel becomes scary as you pass through an industry and a prohibited area before reaching a live area. Conclusion, for a night or two, it's not a bad choice, even with small children. I'm around.

The hotel's lobby is wonderful. Although the room was relatively small, it was clean and quiet, and had outdated furniture but comfortable mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. Parking is on cross streets, so it took us a while to find a place to park nearby. There are several restaurants near the hotel.

Excellent help with information about parking, museums and where to eat! Plus help with communication with our Greek Travel agent who helped us to change our return flights within 24 hours. The care displayed by everyone was really appreciated!
