A notre arrivée on nous a proposé une chambre d hôtel à la place d un appartement à cause des coupures d eau qui subsistent sur l ile 3 coupures nous avons accepté et pas de regret l hôtel est très propre un accueil très souriant cet hôtel reste à taille humaine à côté des grandes résidences il est à 1minute à pieds de la plage et juste à côté du casino et d un grand choix de restaurant . Le petit déjeuné n est pas copieux mais permet de se restaurer correctement . La piscine n étant pas très fréquentée permet de se reposer Super séjour dans cet hôtel

The room was nice and spacious and the view was beautiful, though it was annoying having to insert the room card into the slot to get power. And the closet and shower were a little annoying. Patio kitchen was something new and "different". Activating the WiFi was really tricky. Staff was helpful and some spoke English, but check in process was so slow and the paperwork was only in French. Lots of restaurants in the area, but they don't open 'til mid-day, but there's a small store. Beaches, bus stop and hiking nearby. However, I deducted one star as we had roaches in our room on two different nights and toiletries were limited and we also had no water on our last morning. And I think the breakfast should cost half of what they're charging. The automated e-mail requesting additional payment or you'll lose your reservation gave me a real scare. I thought it was a phishing scam and almost canceled my cards and my entire trip. It would have been nice for Expedia to state that this fee is already included in the payment and to ignore the automated e-mail. But my biggest complaint is that while the property IS operated by Karaibes Hotel, it is actually called "Residence les Yuccas", NOT "Karaibes Residences". "Karaibes Residences" are a private apartment complex completely separate from the hotel. This information was not clearly communicated to us, and we must've spent well over an hour trying to get into every building in the area, before a maid finally told us where to go.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits avec 2 chambres communicantes avec petit déjeuner. Bon accueil. Chambres propres, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Le seul bémol est sur le petit déjeuner, 14€/personne trop cher pour les produits proposés et trop peu en quantité et en qualité. Et la piscine pas nettoyer (sale). À revoir si vous voulez garder vos deux étoiles.

Séjour d'affaires 2 nuitées. Environnement bruyant jusque dans le hall d'hôtel. Le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant et je les en remercie. Bonne continuation.

The room was clean and comfortable. Eventually the air conditioner cooled the room to a comfortable level, maybe I was just too impatient. My card reader for the door didn't work on arrival, but that was promptly rectified. The grounds were nicely kept. I really liked the USB port built into the headboard of the bed to charge my phone. Food selection in the area was satisfactory and very tasty.

L’établissement aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune notamment au niveau des équipements de salle de bain , le pommeau de douche était rouillé et cassé . Malgré quelques couacs , le personnel a été adorable et a toujours trouvé des solutions efficaces et rapides . Bravo au Monsieur de l’accueil avec ses lunettes qui était vraiment super gentil et professionnel. Merci également au Monsieur qui s’occupait du SAV pour son aide et son professionnalisme.
