Waktu tiba di Collins, kami membayangkan sebuah akomodasi yang nyaman, dengan fasilitas standar yang sesuai dengan harga hotel. Tapi saat sampai di sana, TV tidak menyala, sarapan pagi hanya roti, itupun tanpa kompensasi potongan harga, padahal harganya jauh hrdnya mahal dari hotel biasa lainnya. Sayang sekali, padahal saya suka pemandangannya, mohon diperbaiki fasilitas hotelnya.
