Location is great, not far from the train station. Was easy to drop off bags and go explore. Breakfast was delicious and since I was there for a Sunday it was worth it as most else was closed. Room was clean and adequate. Front desk very helpful even providing a map upon arrival. English widely spoken so no issues with translation. Cash only for city tax and I was checked at the train station for the city permission

Clean room, great location near train station, but across the canal in Santa Croce. The hotel manager who checked us in took lots of time to tell us all his favorite places and restaurants. Excellent experience. This was my second time staying here, and I would love to come back a third time.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They gave great advice on tours and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and quaint. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, konumu da tren istasyonuna ve merkeze yakın her yere yürünüyor zaten. Sadece gece sürekli bir makine sesi çıkıyordu ne olduğunu anlamadık. onun dışında asansör olmaması da üzücü ama sanırım venedikte çoğu yerde yok.

Overall an excellent hotel. The location was great, within a few minutes walk of the train and bus station. Vaporetto stations nearby too but close enough to all the sites to walk, if you are that way inclined, which we are. Probably the best value cafes and restaurant close by the hotel was a bonus too. Breakfast was varied and lovely, although hot drink provisions at breakfast and in the rooms, could be better.

The location was perfect for us as it was only a 7 minute walk to the train station or to the bus/taxi location for returning to the airport. It is in a quiet area of Venice and takes approximately 20-30 minutes to walk through the city to reach Rialto Bridge or St. Mark's Square where the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica is located. It was easy to explore Carneggio and the central Venice shops from here. The staff at the reception desk were super helpful and provided us with a map, directions, and recommendations for dining experiences. We truly appreciated that they carried our luggage up 2 flights of stairs when we arrived! 5 star service! Our room had a firm, but comfortable queen bed, nice sheets and we received a bottle of champagne upon arrival :) The room was clean and what I expected for a antique style hotel room in Venice. We didn't try the breakfast for $18 euros, but the selection looked amazing. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute radius of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for service and easy location upon arriving and leaving the island. There is one very large set of stairs to haul your luggage up once you arrive from the train station, but one set is alot better than several sets of stairs if you were to choose a hotel in the centre of the city or closer towards St. Mark's square. There was no need to pay for additional water taxis or water buses from this location.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimer im neuen Trackt war Räumlich in Ordnung. Möglicher weise bedarf es eine Unterhaltung mit dem Reinigungspersonal. Auf dem frisch gemachten Bett mussten wir 3 Stk. Haare entfernen. Nicht unsere Haarfarbe. Der Kühlschrank war entsprechend bestückt. Leider ein altes Gerät das im Betrieb nicht zu überhören ist. Ebenso das ständige brummen in der Nacht. Woher das herkommt konnten wir nicht feststellen. Das haben wir bereits bekanntgegeben. Wir fahren wieder dahin.
