The hotel stay was very enjoyable. Rather of a tourist standard. The hotel occupies two levels in a townhouse on the ground floor. A little elevator is accessible. reception is open around the clock. 15 minutes walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the center. Good location within walking distance. Nice and helpful check staff during checkout. The only unpleasant thing that happened to us was that at checkout a city tax was collected from us, despite the fact that we made the reservation. Com confirmation city tax is included in the price. Someone has been misled here and I have paid twice, it is not fair. The bathroom has bad plumbing, but it wasnt a major problem.

Good location, but basic hotel. Wifi advertised but it didn't work and the hotel manager unable to help. To not work, and shower very basic and no soap. Small bar remained available on day one when I asked, but no more were available for the rest of stay. Breakfast, however, in the small dining area was good.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. The location is strategically located near the city center, train station and major places in freeze. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Next time I visit freeze, I'd prefer to stay here.

Overall, it's a good stay if you're on a budget, just be aware of hidden costs, especially if you're driving. My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights. On the plus side, good location, easily valuable to the center of town, great views over Florence. The staff was friendly average point rooms are ok, nothing special, but they are reasonable for the location you are paying for. On the negative side, there were hidden costs and attempts to get some more money. Parking costs 28 euros per day, which we were told at the end of our stay. The lady told us we would have to pay an additional 72 euros on arrival, which seemed excessively high for the city tax, but in fact she also included breakfast in the price, which we didn't want and didn't reserve. She did however accept to let us pay for that in the end after we pointed out. It appeared a little tight with the amenities, but in truth, we could have asked for more.
