We enjoyed a lovely relaxing vacation. I hear the cow bells in the morning and the water in the opening swimming pool. This hotel has beautiful surroundings, a messier museum, a spa and motorbikes to explore the area, and a fantastic chef.

The location of this hotel is right next to some of the best cross-country skiing facilities in Sodomites. They also provide the spa, and the restaurant is good even though there are not many meat alternatives. All the staff is professional, kind, and helpful.

The hotel is so nice, and the staff is friendly, but the meal was so bad, the portions were so small and we expected more typical dishes, they also have an amazing structure and staff. For the rest, I would like to thank them.

I recently stayed at the gorgeous Falkensteiner Anthony and could not have asked for a better place to unwind, a beautiful view, cosy spaces, and friendly staff. I also want to make sure to give my special mention to Francesco my waiter every night, he's such a nice gentleman, alex the hotel manager, Rebecca the Experience concierge, and everyone else. It was a great experience in and of itself.

The hotel is situated in the mountains, and there is another hotel right next to it, but it is far from a cozy city center. The hotel is constructed strangely in the back you have an older building, but in the front you have the building seen in all the pictures. We stayed in the new building in the riesenferner suite with a telescope. This room has a nice view, comfy beds, and a large shower. The hallway still has brown carpet and white walls, like in older Austrian hotels, despite this room being in the latest part of the hotel. Breakfast is ok, dinner is gourmet with miniportions that look like small paintings and are delicious. The afternoon cuisine is very boring, always the same salad and the same cakes with no alternatives. The swimming pool needs to be rebuilt, parts of the wooden border are missing. There is just a small terrace outside and a bar that is actually not cosy. The woman at the spa is worth mentioning, she does a great job and is very friendly. This is a hotel we will not go back to, it has no cosy atmosphere at all, everything is cramped together, we felt we were only breathing space in our room. The price is too high for what you get.
