VI hadde en utrolig fin opplevelse av hotellet. Rene og prikkfrie rom, god frokost med både mye utvalg av glutenfritt og vegansk cappuccino på frokosten. Vi fikk benyttet oss av bassenget ute med solsengene. Et deilig avbrekk midt på dagen. Utrolig hyggelig personel. Ekstabonus var fri minibar med deilig drikke og mulighet til å fylle på vannflasken med vanndispenser i gangen. Varmt anbefales.

A superb location, about 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, great breakfast and coffee. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!

We had a excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was a joy. Our room was spotless and breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all major sites. I recommend this hotel for the excellent customer service, everyone went out of their way to make sure he had a comfortable stay.

Very helpful & professional staff. Let us park in the hotel garage, which we weren’t aware of parking there till we arrived. Very nice hotel. Only wish we’d had more time to spend there. Beautifully room & pool, bar, etc.

Great hotel & awesome staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. It is about 10 min walk from Duomo. They also supply water and snacks at no cost to the guests. The room is very clean everyday. The breakfast were also excellent for the price. We enjoyed staying for 10 days.

The rome was immaculate! Excellent customer service. Every body were very warm and accommodating. Location is safe and walkable. Good breakfast options. No complains here! Was very happy with our stay, free water and snacks that were replenished everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at iQ Hotel Firenze. The hotel is modern, very clean, and in a great location close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Florence. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and many healthy options. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The only small issues were that my wife found the pillows a bit too stiff, and our room faced the train tracks, so it was a little noisy at the beginning of the evening. Still, overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again next time we visit Florence.

Tolles Zimmer, ruhig. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Sehr kurzer Weg in die Alstadt, dennoch ruhig und top Anbindung ab/zum Flughafen. Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen und würde wiederkommen.
