Everything is fine and great, but having a tea- and coffee-making area in the room would be much more convenient. A pleasant and stress-free stay at Cagliari Novecento! Valeria and Miriam were incredibly helpful in locating us tours to go on. The location is in a strategic area, close to everything worth seeing! Breakfast was delicious, but I'm used to eating meat, which I discovered wasn't a typical Italian breakfast item.

Although a little out of town, buses are well serviced and it's easy to get to the beach. The hotel itself was excellent and had great staff and service. The family room couldn't be faulted and was perfect for us with our teenage children.

We stayed at the villa carry and it was great! Christian is a fantastic host who made sure we had everything we needed and more! The villa is beautiful and our room was perfect. We had access to the ground floor which led to the lovely garden. It is very close to the train station. We visited cousins who live in Selina and was within walking distance of the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for the true taste of Sardinia.

This hotel is located on the sandy beach and it has a good location. The hotel has air conditioning and has a continental breakfast with a variety of sweet and salty food. The elevator is very noisy.

This is a lovely little place and there is a lot of atmosphere here with vaulted arches and exposed beams. However, the rooms on the upper floor are built into the attic, so they restrict bedrooms. I bumped mine several times and there were only skylight windows. But, the rooms are tidy, functional, and very quiet, even my bed was uncomfortable. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful, and the wifi connection is good. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe and includes the typical menus of coffee, cake, and croissants.

Overall this hotel is good it is 15 minutes walk to the beach and you have a supermarket, restaurants and a fuel station nearby but the breakfast has some limited options. Every day they clean the room and change the towels and sheets.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. They had a king bed in one room, with two twin beds in the other room with comfortable beds. The location is close to the beach, but we wanted to be close to the historic part of Cagliari, which requires a taxi ride.

This villa was wonderful, with lovely artwork around it, and a garden. The staff was warm and inviting. Also, this villa is close to the train station. Also, they provide breakfast with plenty. This room is comfortable for 2 people.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, especially as they served an Italian breakfast the next day, and that's why they did not reschedule our flight.

This place is ideal if you want to be quiet but away from crowds. The owner's lives in the same area and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. There are only three family rooms, so please make your reservation in time.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel, and this place is to be found. It is strategically located for those traveling by train because it is close to both the train station and the Piazza Jenny, which is an entry point to the upper town. My reservation requested that I enter from the large Carlo Fanny, but check-in was performed by a Marica Raglan street. But the rest of the experience was excellent. The receptionists are lovely and pleasant. The room had a lovely, nice decor, a comfy bed, ample space for two people, and an old, historical ceiling. We have nothing to complain about it. The restroom was excellent as well and everything was spotless and clean, including the shower. There is a convenient shelf underneath the mirror, but you must frequently put all of your cosmetics on the washbasin. A quick comment, all of the rooms are accessible via a steep staircase, just a small warning if you have a lot of baggage. Breakfast is not served on site, as stated on the information card in the room, there is no restaurant down the street, although we received vouchers for the bar down the street. A coffee and croissant or a small snack are all. Simple and average.

The location is great because it is close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, a museum, and the old town. There is underground parking nearby if you can reserve it because Cagliari is a busy place to go. The rooms are spotless and equipped with everything you need. The WiFi is free, the air conditioning is cheating, the shower is lovely, the towels are changed, and the bed is cozy. In essence, an old mansion that has been converted. We had a street-facing room, but we could not hear anything, so that was fine.

I like the location of the hotel and the staff is very nice. This is a big room, but it is old. They have a horrible noise insulation. We can hear all the parties in the room next to us. But this hotel is in a good location.
