Hôtel très bien situé, dans un endroit calme. Mais rapproché de Rome Termini (15 min de marche). Arrêts de metro et bus aussi à proximité. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. Ma chambre n’était pas encore prête en arrivant. J’en ai profité pour manger sur la terrasse de l’hôtel. Pinsa super bon. J’ai eu de la chance, au lieu de la chambre réservée j’ai eu une chambre deluxe, qui se trouve sur la cour de l’hôtel dans une dépendance. Chambre super jolie avec beaucoup d’espace. Et bien climatisée. J’avais même une terrasse. J’ai adoré le plafond dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, bons produits et du choix en sucré et salé. Si je reviens à Rome je resterai de nouveau ici.

We spent one night at the hotel in a family room for four people. The room was of good size and the bathroom had a nice large shower and a good size sink. Windows modern and the curtains were adequate to stop light in. Elevator small but this is a small negative inevitable in an older building. Overall good value for money

Great place in Central Rome. Close to Colosseum, Termini and a lot of restaurants and caffès. They have a great breakfast selection and that is the best way to start your mornings! Highly recommend

Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and location on a quiet street.. easy to use uber and walk to taxis. Loved our junior suite for traveling w our two teens as the room was divided by a partial wall. Would not suggest if you had mobility or wheelchair needs as the elevator was closet-sized. Great rooftop terrace for happy hour drinks.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Rome's city center. The rooms were well appointed and laid out well. There was plenty of space to be quite comfortable without feeling like you were in a small space. We picked this hotel because it was reasonable close to Termini Station and we had a trip to Florence planned and wanted to be able to walk over. Along the way there were numerous cafes, restaurants and little shop. The hotel staff were all quite nice, professional and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect before a day out sightseeing. And the rooftop restaurant / bar was perfect for a snack and night cap after a long day. Francesco, aka Frank, was a great host, bartender and storyteller.

We had a great stay from day one . The room was clean, a fully stocked fridge nice sheets all in all very good. The breakfast was excellent, everything you wanted, staff were very good and helpful.

This was a lovely place to stay. Just a stone’s throw away from Termini, in the quiet district of embassies right by Porta Pia. The neighborhood is not directly in the historic center, but still inside the ancient walls of the city. It is also next to the affluent district around Via Nomentana. That means there are a ton of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood to eat like a local. Room was very big, in top condition, and impeccably clean. My partner is very noise sensitive, so when I requested a very quiet room, they set us up with one facing the courtyard at the end of the hall. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. That being said, the breakfast rooms are small and tight, and the hotel absolutely needs to put soundproofing on the ceiling/walls to dampen the noise.
