Great hotel! Our view was amazing! Location was perfect. Very close walk to Kyoto station. Free coffee in the morning and tea at night. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We would definitely book here again.

Älskar 20 Pieces. Bra läge med många bra restauranger i närheten, även med glutenfria alternativ. Fina, rena och fräscha rum. Väldesignat, supermysigt med loftsängar, bra badrum och trevligt kök där man kan laga egen mat Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som tipsade om restauranger och hjälpte oss i kontakten med flygbolaget. I receptionen finns gratis kaffe, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och vill man låna köksmaskiner eller LP-skivor till rummets skivspelare så kan man göra det utan kostnad. Här vill ja bo igen.

정말 따뜻한 응대, 기대이상의 숙소 상태, 여러모로 너무 완벽했습니다. 교토역에서도 많이 멀지 않고 캐리어를 끌고 걸어가기에도 인도 상태가 괜찮았습니다. 무엇보다 숙소 입실 전에도 일본어가 어려워 골프채 구매 관련해서 인근 골프샵에 문의를 영어로 부탁 드렸는데, 귀찮으셨을수도 있는 요청을 정말 잘 받아주셔서 감사드립니다. 최고의 숙소입니다!

A hotel with 20 pieces is a nice place to stay. The hotel is very close to Kyoto station, which makes it very convenient. There is a lot of shopping near by that can be accessed by walking. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room is very spacious. It was a nice comfortable bed. There is a friendly staff at the hotel. The location is ideal for exploring Kyoto, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The hotel offers modern amenities and a comfortable stay, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Outstanding accommodation in great location. Close to train, opposite beautiful temple and easy walking distance to Gion. Very spacious, clean, well appointed. Sake tasting was great! Would highly recommend if you are after space for a family of 4! Very friendly staff.

The room is extremely big and generously sized. Most of the bathrooms in Japan I’ve stayed in were tiny but this one had a huge bathroom which was certainly appreciated. It even comes with a Dyson hair dryer. Service staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are also a multitude of items for free rental such as coffee machines, games, massage guns. The location is a short walk to the main Kyoto station and located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely will come back here if I visit Kyoto again.

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Stayed in Loft A and it’s got 2 bunk beds and a big sunken living room. Plenty of floor space. Good with or without kids. Water pressure is amazing. Laundry is quick and easy. Lots of amenities in lobby to “rent for free” during your stay. Everything from kitchen appliances if you want to use your kitchens to cook all the way to Polaroid cameras to use during your trip. Super cool idea! Very close to Kyoto station and donQ. Loved this jotel

Really beautiful and unique hotel. Clean, convenient location. Rooms were spacious and lovely. We had a small issue with our first room and they quickly remedied it with a move including handling our luggage while we went sight seeing. They have tons of neat items you can “rent” for free like massagers and board games. Rooms were really well equipped with nearly full kitchens which saved us money with eating breakfast in the room that we got from grocery stores just steps away. The people were over the top friendly and never once said no to any small request. Easy 5 stars.

Laundry services was great. Staff was very helpful with luggage service and any questions we had. Great rooms. My family lived them and we thought the bed were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
