住戶守則
- No parties or events.
- Please use a kitchen exhaust fan when you cook, to carry away odors from your room.
- Please take your shoes off when entering the house.
- Only flush toilet paper.
宿泊者以外の友人・知人は入室禁止。宿泊予約人数以上の人間が入室していたり宿泊している事が発覚した時点で強制的にチェックアウトをしていただきます。そしてペナルティとして別途３万円を請求致します。
- I will charge for tobacco odor, stains, damaged property, noise complaints and any lost wifi devices.
- No smoking on the property.

‐對於菸味、備品、設備受到損傷時、針對噪音對鄰居造成的干擾行為、其他、房間的鑰匙、Wi‐Fi裝置的遺失、損害將會請求賠償。
