One of the rooms with ocean views is true, I enjoyed the setonaikai over the night. The island was holding a firework show for Tanabata night the night I stayed, which was a very pleasant surprise! The things are nice and friendly. The bus driver who picked me up at Tonosho port explained the sightseeing spots we passed and gave me a tip on how to explore the island by bike. Their onset hot springs are also fantastic, as you may bathe while taking in the stunning views. After the onset experience, you may enjoy free ice cream and yakurut! The nearest port is perhaps Kusakabe, but a free sporthotel shuttle service is available upon request. One more thing to add. You can choose exquisite kata from their variety of choices and wear it inside the hotel. Though the facility itself isn't brand new, their omotenashi service is five stars, so I will definitely return!.

Very close to sightseeing spots like Soysauce Museum and Nijushi No Hitomi Eigamura. Private and public hot springs, especially private hot springs, very classic and ideal for couples to enjoy great time. Parking is available.

I was there during a typhoon, and I was a little stuck in the hotel. Thankfully, there is a shop in the hotel for cup noodles and an end to time. We arrived early and were unable to leave because of a typhoon. I appreciate the receptionist's decision to check us in earlier than check-in time. The view from the room is amazing, despite being somewhat far from the hustle and bustle. I'll return if I visit there again.

I'm not sure how to explain. The breakfast was the worst. The buffet was awful. Both supper and breakfast had no flavor at all. The hotel is quite close to anywhere, and they rent cars if you wish to travel further away. My Japanese wife had the same opinion. There were not enough towels, but the room was fine. You'll have nothing to use for the morning shower on the second day if you stay one night. Thank goodness I took two towels from the in-depth bath the previous night. The ocean view room we stayed in had no ocean view, but just the bay, which was secluded by hills. The staff appeared strict, and they confined themselves to the typical lying grins of Japanese clerks. I will most probably stay at another hotel if I visit Shodoshima again.

The Japanese room was good, and the breakfast was above average. The employees were excellent. They offered the best ferry schedule, arranged the pick-up from the port, and rented a car service.
