The hotel provides a high level of service that is consistent with what you would normally expect from a comfort hotel chain. Although the reception staff spoke a basic English, I wanted to thank the late-night staff for being so helpful. Breakfast was good, and the free Wi-Fi was very reliable. The double room was small, but this is typical of a Japanese hotel room. The room amenities were new and very clean. The hotel was conveniently close to the or train station. Parking behind the hotel was free and very easy to access. I would recommend this hotel for tourists looking for a cozy and clean hotel in the heart of Tokyo.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, but it was clean and well-equipped. It's a delicious breakfast. Parking is not enough for a lot of rooms. When the lobby is full, ask the front desk and we can use another parking area near the hotel.

The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. It's worth it because I have no idea where to put the backpack. Also, their room size is small, even the condition is good. The breakfast was okay and they have a supermarket right around the corner and a train station just 5 minutes by walk away.

The hotel doesn't have a common big onset bath which could be why it's better. The bathroom here was so clean, but the parking space wasn't enough. You have to park in the opposite building if the parking area is full and if the parking lot was full, but in my opinion the price is fair because of the nice facilities.
