I adore this hotel and genuinely recommend it to everyone. I was there during the final day of the ice festival and was able to discover the igloo village built on the frozen lake. The best part of hotel fuss is of course their large, roomy, and very tranquil rooms where you get a breathtaking view of Lake Shikiribetsu. The staff is amazing! They are always smiling and willing to help, and they are truly skilled in their field. A green tea set is always brought into the room at night so you can create wonderful tea as you wake up. It couldnt have been more peaceful to take a hot tea while gazing at the frozen lake. The food is absolutely delicious and is well sufficient to keep you full. Breakfast and dinner were included in my package, and I was always satisfied with every meal they served at their restaurant, which also has a great lake view. There are numerous hiking trails and wildlife around the lake. The hotel has a large indoor and medium outdoor entrance for both men and women. relaxing relaxing! The outdoor entrance offers a plain view. There is also a souvenir shop in the hotel lobby where you can purchase Lake Shikaribetsu chocolates and other items. I played with a credit card and had no issues. Finally, after check out, I was given a free ride to Shinobu so I could take the bus to Asa

Overall, a very recommended stay. We stayed in the summer, and despite the absence of snow, the view is still beautiful. Our room had a view of the lake and is very peaceful. The employees are all the typical Japanese hospitality, kind and willing to assist. The nighttime kiseki cuisine is really tasty, attractive, and plentiful. The journey to the hotel is a bit long and peaceful, but you will be rewarded with a peaceful stay by a serene lake.

We had dinner in our room and the food was good and in large portions. Staff is very professional. Noted that there is not much to do there apart from the lake and boat trip. The other hotel across the street looks abandoned. Hope this hotel can keep its business.

We were a party of three that reserved an overnight stay online. When we arrived, Chinaman walked out to greet us. We were given an upgrade to a room with a lake view, which went without a hitch. With mountains encircling the lake and a lake facing the road in front, the view was stunning. Brunch was served buffet-style, and dinner was served at the restaurant. Beautiful lake views from the restaurant. The meals were delicious, and the service was welcoming. The lake appeared from the outdoor. Nice lakeside strolls are available around the hotel. A very peaceful and tranquil hotel with amiable and attentive service and stunning views for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy lakeside towns and resorts. Wi-Fi in the room was secure. Except for the hotel, there are no convenience shops nearby. Given its excellent location, views, delectable meals, and excellent service, I was pleasantly relieved that the hotel was not more crowded. I think it's one of the most secret I'm inclined to trust. I'll visit the area again in the future. Thank you chinaman for your thoughtfulness.

Two hotels at Lake Shikaribetsu used to be, but when the Fukuhara was closed a few years ago, the scuttle was the last one left. It is an ancient structure that doesn't appear to have seen much investment over the past ten years, but it is clean. Service is pretty good. Someone was hanging around the front door, observing when visitors were arriving, so he could leap in and help. A cute touch at check-in the clerk will put a little flag on the counter, indicating your nationality. We were led to our room, where we were shown how everything works. The three-star main room and the newer, or better, the cotswold eight-story annex are both lake-facing rooms. We splurged a little and chose the special room in the upper floor for this visit. This has a unique entry, a sliding door that leads into a small rock garden, occupies one corner of the floor, and has windows on two sides with lake views. It is large maybe 50. Although it is a smoking room, I believe all rooms are devoid of lingering odors. Our price included two meals, both within the room. The meals were delicious, but the quality wasn't as impressive as the more expensive ones. The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the location and
