Hotel inc. was the perfect hotel for our family stay in Kyoto. The room was beautiful and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The park outside was great for the kids to play football in and there are plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. The sauna on the top floor is a gem! We rented bikes at Mori Bicycle shop just around the corner and cycling in Kyoto is the best way to get around. I truly recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.

We LOVED this place. It was very modern and spacious. The bathing space looked brand spanken new, with a beautiful shower / tub and sink. That was separate from the bathroom, which had a wonderful bidet style toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was a huge window that ran the length of the wall for plenty of light and views.

We loved this part of Kyoto and staying here at this small hotel with friendly staff, a beautifully designed and spacious room at a great location. Lots of great cafés nearby and with a nice dumpling place on the ground floor of the hotel. Can truly recommend and would love to come back.

Checked in easily at the restaurant downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size for 4 adults and well equipped. Loved the record player and vinyls - nice touch! In a quiet residential area near buses and a subway

We loved our stay here. The beds were large and very comfortable, the bathroom was also good sized with a fantastic shower. Everything tasteful and spotless. The staff was very flexible for us arriving later and departing earlier than typical front desk hours. They were very responsive and kind. We were sad to leave. The gyoza restaurant downstairs was also very good and a perfect pick-me-up after a long day. It is a decent walk (9m) to the trains but close to some bus lines. We weren’t bothered much by the distance. The spa/sauna situation was a little confusing - we thought there might be some discount or opportunity for us specifically staying there but we ended up not having time to have used it anyways and didn’t get the full understanding. Overall would love to stay here again!

Väldigt vacker design i rummen. Bra med en restaurang på bottenplan, lite svårt att veta att man skulle in i restaurangen men det löste sig när vi förstod det. Trist att vi tyvärr var helt utan varmvatten och inte kunde nyttja badkaret exempelvis… hade det inte varit för avsaknad av varmvatten hade vi givit högre betyg, jättefint verkligen!

입구를 찾기 어려웠고 아래층에 음식점과 함께 운영되는 숙소여서 사진을 통해 예상한 것과는 달라 놀랐습니다. 하지만 공간활용과 어메니티, 서비스 모두가 좋았어요. 아래층에서 운영하는 음식점도 좋았고요! 위치도 교토 중심가와 가까이 있으면서도 조용한 동네라 좋았습니다👍

I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo!

Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 500
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 50.000 atau lebih: JPY 1.000

【Pajak akomodasi mulai 01 Maret 2026 dan seterusnya】
Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 100.000 atau lebih: JPY 10.000

Untuk keperluan pajak akomodasi, istilah “biaya akomodasi” mengacu pada tarif kamar saja, tidak termasuk biaya makan dan pajak konsumsi.
