I traveled to Tofu to see some friends from the Yamanashi University, which was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was around a oneminute walk from the south exit of Tofu station. Probably one of the best places to find a hotel in Tofu because it is very close to the station where all of the shops, supermarkets and public transportation are. Except for one staff member who spoke very little English, he was very helpful and polite the whole time he was there. The room was unexpectedly very spacious for a single room. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels in Japan, but this is by far the largest Ive ever been in for a cheap motel. The rooms are very clean and sheets and towels are changed each day. As I understand it, this is a business hotel, so it was really quiet. Internet access was provided by a lan cable, but you had to go to the lobby if you needed wifi. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the new station tofu hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit the peaceful town of Tofu.

Tofu station's north exit is only a short walk away. Checking went smoothly and the staff spoke English very well. The room is small, there is no space to move luggage. The bed is rusty. The restroom is typical Japanese design, clean and unheated, however, there is no heated toilet seat. They have even tried to reduce their costs by putting the bathtub tap on the sink. Breakfast was a set meal of salmon with miso soup, eggs, and pickles.

It's recommended if you're seeking a hotel that's close to a train station, offers nice amenities, and is reasonably priced. You may also use their free shared bathtub. They provided us with a very spacious triple room for about 130 dollars. But the bathroom is quite small. The location is in a very good location, as it is close to major transportation systems, supermarkets, shopping centers, and restaurants.
