I would return here. Located in the heart of akihabara and next to the jr station, i had a pleasant stay during my 3 nights here. If your stay includes breakfast, the hotel restaurant attached to the hotel offers a breakfast buffet until 10 a. M. The food was delicious and a great way to spend your day. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. The elevator always stops on the second floor, where the reception is located. The staff was very helpful, although the selfcheckin procedure was a little confusing. They can temporarily store your luggage for you while you walk around the city before or after your stay, but they do not offer handfree travel, which is the option to ship luggage. Double room was spacious, the bathtub was spacious, and the toilet stall was immediately after entering the room. There is also a blind you can lower to separate the bed space from the entranceway. There are plenty of charging outlets for your electronics, both ports and usb slots. The room does not have a safe, but it does include two bottles of water, a kettle, cups, a mini fridge, and an extra garbage bag if you request no cleaning. Cleaning services begin around 10 am, so its better to leave before this time to avoid getting in the way. Checkout was quick.

The hotel is located next to akkihabara station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, storage lockers, shopping malls, etc. The vehicle cannot enter the front of the hotel. Walking from the main road is simple and straightforward if you arrive with luggage, next to Starbucks, above nexDay, next to arte 1). The large logo of the hotel is visible from the distance. The room is considered spacious and compact, with everything you need. The room has a reduced space anxiety spray and disinfectant spray, both smell good. There is an air purifier unit. Selfcheckin systems are convenient and easy. The room is clean, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The superior room has a bathtub and separate toilet. The smart tv has useful information to browse. Room wifi speed is fast. Good soundproof. Do collect some hot bath soap for the bathtub used after a long day in the 2F lobby. Various options. Selfservice coffee machine in the 2F lobby is acceptable. Convenient store in 1F. Storage locker next to 1F exit door. Definitely return for a stay.

We have had nothing but positive experiences from the many hotels we have stayed at throughout our monthlong trip around japan. Thats until we arrived at jr mets akuhabara. We reserved 8 nights and have paid a lot to stay here. I am quite dissatisfied. When we ask for assistance, the staff appears uninterested and unwilling. And on day three, someone called us in japan and informed us that we would have to stay out of the room for six hours the following day to clean it. We have limited knowledge of japan, but we do our best to communicate. Why would you call customers who are clearly not japanese if you need to provide some important information? Fortunately, the customer service we have had apart from the hotel is as good as we have experienced elsewhere in japan. Whats different about this hotel is beyond me. We should have made a different reservation. However, the room is nice, so thats helpful.

The hotel is nice, but there are a few drawbacks. The location is excellent, literally right outside akitahabara station! Its also sort of connected to a firstfloor convenience store called new days. Due to the hotels relatively recent construction, the rooms themselves are quite nice and modern. They have hair dryers and fan appliances. However, the actual floor space of the room is quite small, with barely enough room to fully open a fullsize luggage all the way around. I was also disappointed to learn that the stationside room i selected only has a view from the bathroom window. Having said that, overall, it is still nice, and i would consider returning to stay here.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan JR dan tidak jauh dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah Akihabara. Desain hotelnya inovatif. Tersedia kopi gratis dan berbagai jenis garam mandi di lobi. Satu-satunya downside adalah cuacanya berangin. Pengering rambut sedikit tidak cukup kuat.

The hotel is in a very handy position. Akihabara jr station is only a minutes walk away. Both selfservice and very fast checkin and checkout. The rooms are not large, but they are neat and organized. The size of the room.

Ukuran kamarnya sangat luas dibandingkan dengan Tokyo. Ada bak mandi untuk mandi. Lokasinya sangat bagus, berada di atas Stasiun JR Akihabara. Hanya 15 detik berjalan kaki dari gerbang. Sangat mudah!

The location of the hotel is really convenient and worth it as you are a walk from the station, the convenience store right below and the city just outside. The place itself is very nice as we found comfort in the small room. We liked that we could see the availability of laundry from our room tv but make sure you have it on top of it as there are only three and it can be competitive depending on the times people need it. The lobby is located on level 2, and the elevator always stops on that level regardless of whether there are people need to get off or on that level. They also provide many facilities which made for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in the middle of everything, so its very quiet. We couldnt hear any of the neighboring rooms. Very convenient to the jr station and many great cheap restaurants nearby to eat. The room was clean and they came by every day to clean. Loved the bathroom layout which also worked for my wheelchair user. The smaller double rooms are not great for people in chairs but you can make do if you have mobility.

The location was excellent. It was quite convenient to hop on and off the trains. The room is small, as is typical of Tokyo, but it was large enough to accommodate all our needs. Good back out curtains for street lighting. Despite being on a busy street, noise was not an issue for us.

The location is very convenient, there is a train station right outside the door, plus you can get a proper coffee in the morning for a fee. The room is welldesigned and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Loved the selfserve toiletries, bath salts were great to soak in after a long day.

Kamar mandi, toilet, dan wastafel terpisah dan sangat mudah digunakan. Ruangannya juga indah. Senang rasanya memiliki stop kontak di dekat tempat tidur. Saya juga suka piyamanya yang terpisah antara atas dan bawah. Lokasinya tepat di sebelah stasiun kereta api, jadi saya ingin memahaminya lagi.

The room was a little small, but being in tokyo it would be. We did have an unfortunate view into a sex shop, which wasnt entirely appropriate for my 10 year old sister. Checking in using the electronic check in was a little confusing, but the staff were very nice regardless. The location was great, right next to akihabara station and a short walk from several super tasty restaurants. Its also on top of a convenience store which is convenient! Breakfast was also good, a good mix of western and japanese food!.

Nice hotel right next to the jr line. Affordable in akihabara. The checkin and checkout process was very simple and they used automated machines for it. The rooms are small but thats to be expected. The tub in the room was great. There are many amenities in the checkin area too. They also give out free bottles of water when they clean your room and upon request.
