Bersih, helpful, amenity hotel bisa ambil sepuasnya, (lotion, cleansing oilnya bagus bgt btw), strategis dekat dgn stasiun tram Tenmonkan. Modern interiors. Outstanding cleanliness standard. Ideal location.

This hotel has a strategic location in Kagoshima's central area, warm service, and a good Japanese breakfast for only 200 yen, about 2 dollars. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was equipped with all the modern facilities of a typical business hotel in Japan. We only stayed for one night, but when I stayed in a green-rich hotel, I was very comfortable.

The room in this business class hotel is larger than most of the rooms in this class, but that's about it. Other hotels also provide a selection of pillows, so I suggest you grab one or two because that is just above average. Breakfast is nothing special. Note that the front desk is on the ground floor. Entering the building at night in a narrow hallway may be a bit off for some people. That being said, like all hotels in Japan, it is totally safe. Overall, it's a good place to crash. Tenmonkan offers a lot of choices, so you might want to shop around. Dorm is probably the nicest for the price.

This hotel has excellent steak and dinner establishments and a beautiful view of the volcano. The room was quite plain, and the centrally run heating was too loud and uncontrollable. Not a place to sleep soundly. The central location outside of the city may be suitable for business trips, but it is not suitable for touring the city. Breakfast was not fresh fruit and only fruit salad could be eaten canned. There are some places where you can improve, I wish we had.

They provide parking for a reasonable price. Although the staff is very welcoming and helpful, their English is a bit limited. However, kagoshima isn't the busiest tourist destination for foreigners, so that is understandable. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the bay and Sakuraima. Make sure to ask for a room on the water side rather than on the city side. The bed and pillow are a little firm, but not too hard, and this allowed for a good nights sleep. The restroom was fairly small, but it did what it needed. The only drawback was the smoke smell. Although we were on a nonsmoking floor, years of smoking have infected everything with a lingering smoke scent. It isn't permanent, but if you are sensitive to it, you'll undoubtedly notice. It is not permanent, but if you are sensitive, it will undoubtedly be noticeable. A rental car is a nice option because the hotel is a little outside of the tourist area with shops and restaurants.

Although the hotel is located on the port side rather than the main area, you can take the number 16 bus into the tow for 200 yen and stroll around and experience the sights, making for a fantastic day trip. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and is a decent size room. It is adjacent to an eleven-store hotel, and there is a great ramen store around the corner. The room provides a fantastic view of Sakurajima volcano.
