I stayed at this hotel. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. And then, the staff was very friendly and helpful. After that, they also serve food in the restaurant. Subsequently, their service was so slow.

This place is excellent. I enjoy it. Although the service hours are not always available, i dont have any special requirements. The room is spacious, cozy, spotless, and quite practical. To get to places farther away, you can take a taxi. Its also quite handy to eat around. Since ive purchased the same model and like the scent of the hotels aromatherapy, im happy.

The room is spacious enough to accommodate two suitcases. The waiter gave a thorough introduction to the nearby attractions. It is reasonably priced. If given the chance, i will stay here again. Overall, it is tidy and cozy.

This hotel is located on the old Ginza street, even though it is not close to karuizawa station. Once downstairs, you can walk down the street. There is also a nearby church called saint paul where you may go sightseeing. Additionally, there are many restaurants on this street as well. The breakfast here is excellent, pick zhongyong.

I stayed at this hotel for one night at a very good price. The hotel was very clean and neat, with many facilities. Right away on the famous old Ginza street. You can walk from karuizawa station, but its tucked away. However, because the town is very pedestrianfriendly and there are so many interesting things to see along the way, its really okay to walk. Or just take cab or bus if you dont want to go walking. Minus of this hotels is that they didnt provide food and by the time i remained, the restaurant was also closed.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near the center of karuizawa. The staff members are exceptionally attentive, and the hotel offers complimentary parking. However, there are no carpets in the rooms, while heating pipes are located beneath the rubber floor. During the winter, staying here is quite comfortable.

Excellent service from all the staff, especially the japanese lady, i didnt get her name, she was sincere and extremely helpful in assisting me with my luggage to be delivered to another hotel without any hassle! The room and bar area were, without a doubt, fantastic. Thank you!.

The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the hypermarket, which is acceptable. The interior design is clean and has a pleasant vibe. There is plenty of room in the spacious room. I traveled by car, so it wasnt terribly problematic. Free parking is available. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.

I like the hotel bar next to the lobby. The hotel has a glamorous nighttime view. It is very clean and has good air conditioning. Customers can enjoy dinner in the restaurant or make bbq reservations.

The cleanliness is excellent. The location is a little inconvenient. Within one hundred miles, there is no convenience store. Please prepare your latenight snack in advance. Because theres nothing left after entering the dark.

Although a little out of the way from karuizawa station, the hotel makes you feel like everything is worthwhile as soon as you enter. The room is quite large, and as quickly as guests entered the suite, they provided an umbrella for them to use in front of their door. They gave visitors nicely folded pajamas and all the necessary sanitary kits right inside the room, which is immaculate. We were welcomed warmly by the receptionist the next day who speaks excellent english, she assisted us in placing an order for cab to get to our next destination. Its unfortunate that we only stayed for one night, but we will most certainly return when we return to kiruiwazaw

We reserved a superior twin room with breakfast. The room is immaculate and quite roomy. Its in idly clean condition. There is tidiness and incredibly roominess. Both the location and the bed are cozy. Additional souvenir shopping is just around the corner, and church street is directly downstairs for shopping. At the italian restaurant, the western breakfast was excellent.
