Our stay at Lodge Stack Point was lovely. The hosts, Mama-San and Papa-San, were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations. The room was perfectly comfortable and the location was tranquil.

Very excellent place. The host and hostess are very kind and sweet, and very knowledgeable about the area. They pointed us to some great places to eat and sightsee, and (if it wasn't raining) places to see Mt. Fuji. Also, a really cool park with lots and lots of cherry blossoms and huge bushes full of azalea flowers. They're within easy walking distance of the town, in a very quiet but beautiful neighborhood. Also not far from some really great caves. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next time we come to Japan.

This place was amazing. The hosts were so friendly and helpful it really made the trip perfect. We had a traditional Japanese room and I slept so good on the bedding that my back felt great each morning. The area is beautiful and the host are knowledgeable about the sites visitors come to see. We’ll be coming back.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par les propriétaires du lodge . Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec eux , avec ce couple si bienveillants et gentils. Avec qui nous avons pu échanger sur nos voyages et la vie au Japon . Nous recommandons le petit déjeuner qui était très copieux et délicieux. Au plaisir , d’avoir partagé ce moment avec eux . 氣氛、環境、員工都一流！老闆和老闆娘非常親切，還幫忙解決了行程問題，真的十分感激～住宿提供的早餐非常豐富而且美味；老闆跟老闆娘與民宿本身也很可愛；除了房間插頭位置只有一個、還有暖氣機每三小時就會自動關閉令早上房間冷得不得了之外，幾乎沒有缺點。絕對會再回來的！

This small hidden gem is a great spot to stay in the shadow of it Fuji. Our group had two rooms, one with bunk beds and one with tatami mat flooring. Both were very nice. The bathroom was a common area but private. The breakfast we had was very good. The owners were great. The night we arrived they served us green tea and sat and talked with us. They chatted further at breakfast. Sharing stories and pictures. If I ever come back to Japan I will definitely want to go back here.

The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming! I was only in town for the night after a long hike so they recommend a near by onsen. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go due to having tattoos but no problem! They drew a warm bath for me! A very nice and relaxing experience!

Mummasan & Pappasan welcomed us with open arms when we arrived and were so hekpful with anything we needed. They look after you like you are a long time friend. The lodge is very cozy and warm and breakdast was lovley. I highly recommend this lodge. We will definitely come back.

Mommasan and Pappasan were absolutely amazing. Once we got to the Lodge, we were greeted with open arms, and chatted for at least two hours. This was one of the most welcoming stays I’ve had yet, and truly look forward to coming back to visit soon.

We had very lovely hosts during our stay. The rooms were clean and inviting, and there were heaters to keep the temperature just right. We visited during winter and it was hard to wake up to sunrise because we wanted to stay in bed; we had chosen the room with tatami mat flooring. We tried the local Onsen and we were fortunate that the hosts would drive us there and back when we were finished. On our last day we had booked the high way bus from that station to the Tokyo, the hosts offered to drive us to the station. Also, one night we made our way back late one night and missed the last bus, the hosts were kind enough to drive us back. I would stay again next time we visit Mount Fuji and highly recommend the stay. Next time we go, we plan to rent a car.

The lodge is amazing. Papaya and Mama's Owners are very kind, friendly, and always happy to help. Papaya gave us a bus and took us into the town. On Fuji Day, Papaya took us and our friends to see the firework, even though our friends stayed at a different hotel. We will definitely visit them again.

We will definitely visit them again. It's advised to stay near it. Fuji region. The lodge is incredible. Papaya and mama the owners are extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their worm hospitality made us feel at home. Papaya gave us a lift from the bus station and took us to town and also took us and our friends to see the firework on Fuji Day even our friends stayed in another hotel!
