From Chino station to the hotel, the hotel provides shuttle bus services. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes along the stunning Venice line. The hotel is close to a river and surrounded by foliage. The front desk personnel are cheerful and professional, with a bright smile. They upgraded our room and assisted us in arranging a taxi from the hotel to Mishakaike Pond to Chino Station the next morning. The lounge and adjoining library are elegantly decorated and full of nostalgia for the Japanese era. Even though the private entrance is modest, it boasts a wonderful view of the river. The supper was delectable and exquisitely prepared. Overall, the hotel is an extraordinary treasure, and we are fortunate to discover it!.

The hotel provides bus pick-up services from Chino station to hotel. The journey takes about 30 minutes along the scenic Venetian line. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and next to a river. The front desk staff is very sincere, friendly, helpful, and has a bright smile. They upgraded our room and helped us book a taxi from the hotel to Mishakaike Pond to Chino Station the next morning. The lounge and the adjacent library are elegantly decorated, evoking nostalgic naisho era charm. Although the private entrance is tiny, the view overlooking the river is stunning. Dinner was exquisitely prepared and excellent. Overall, the hotel is a hidden gem, and we are fortunate to discover it!.

I am hoping to return to the hotel shortly. A resort hotel with a stunning natural setting. This is the place you want if you are looking for a calm, very warm, and cozy ambiance. This is the location for you if you are truly seeking a serene, very pleasant, and welcoming environment. The personnel is very trustworthy. I arrived at check-in late in the morning, ready to eat because the restaurant was only open until 8 am, and when I opened my bag, including pastor, money in my wallet, and crucial documents open in the room, I put on kata and proceeded to the eatery. When I returned to my room after a meal and a long hour of conversation in the lobby, I noticed the room was set with a sleeping mat in the center and my bag still open. But, none of my important things were missing! I appreciate the possessions protection assistance provided to customers. It was raining as we were leaving the hotel. It was raining when we were leaving the hotel, and strangely, when our bus passed the bridge near the entrance, one of the staff was standing waving to us, holding an umbrella and a warm smile, on a rainy day. so touching.

The cleanliness, water quality, and service were superb. Even I was surprised by the experience as a Japanese person. The location is difficult to reach by public transportation, so I recommend renting a car to visit there. Please visit before or after enjoying it. Tateshina.

It was a really pleasant experience, just what I needed, if you want Japanese food course, just indicate it, as they assume that anyone booking online will want Western food, which is less satisfying. But they will gladly accommodate your request.

Our journey arrived at the hotel's parking lot and received a warm and friendly welcome from the parking attendants. We immediately discovered how lovely the hotel's lobby was as we entered. We were completely taken aback by the interior because it looked so striking, well-thought out, and exceptionally clean. The sofa was quite large. The amenities were among the greatest I've ever seen in any hotel in the world. The personnel was friendly and courteous, while still being extremely competent. Anyone should use the elevator at the train station.

I would unquestionably consider returning if the prices were reasonable. We stayed here for one night, and the lobby is truly a library! Although there is a newly renovated onset, we decided to visit the private one, which was a little old. You feel like you're in the middle of a forest, and you can also hear the nearby stream. The accommodations were okay but appeared to be antiquated. This stood in stark contrast to a nearby sister hotel at Lake Sui Suwako, which was gorgeous and up to par with our expectations. To be honest, the prices reflect that, and I believe the quality of the accommodations is good for the amount we paid. However, it could use some renovations! The cuisine I wouldn't call it fine dining, but the flavors were excellent and, if presented a little better and the setting was updated, this would be a big hit in my opinion!

I stayed here for one night. The lobby is incredibly intriguing, literally like a library! There is a new building, but we chose the one on the private side, which was a little rustic. You feel like you're in the middle of a forest and can hear the nearby stream. The rooms were decent but appeared worn out. In stark contrast to the beautiful and high standard we had expected sister hotel on the lake sui suwako. To be fair, the prices reflect this, and I think the quality of the rooms is adequate for the price we paid. But it could use some updating! What really stood out was the food I would not call it fine dining, but the tastes were great and, if presented a bit better and the environment was updated, this would be a star attraction in my opinion! If the prices were again reasonable, I would definitely consider staying here again!.

This place has a stunning natural view, so it makes me feel at home. I arrive at midnight to check in and after dining for dinner because the restaurant is open till 8 am, I found a table and chair in the center room. I then put my baggage, including pastor, money in wallet, and essential paper open in the room, put on kata, and run to the restaurant. After a long hour of chat in the lobby and dinner in my room, I realized the room was set with a sleeping mat in the middle, with my luggage still open, but none of my important items are missing. I really value the stuff service to protect customer belongings. It was raining when our bus left the hotel. Sadly, when our bus crosses the bridge near the entrance, one of the staff is standing there waving at us, holding an umbrella and a very warm smile, on a rainy day. It was very touching. I hope I can return to the hotel soon. It was a wonderful experience in Japan.

Hotel tua tetapi bersih. Kami sekeluarga mendapat kamar dengan tatami. Saat kami keluar dari kamar untuk makan malam, kamar masih kosong. Begitu kami masuk kamar setelah makan malam itu, tatami sudah sangat rapi. Kamar mandinya juga sangat Jepang dengan bak berendam yang dalam. Selain itu, hotel ini juga memiliki fasilitas onsen indoor dan outdor. Fasilitas restoran dengan pilihan buffet yang menurut saya luas biasa. Variasi hidangannya banyak dengan rasa yang cukup enak. Lalu ada sungai kecil yang mengalir di luas hotel. Pemandangan yang menentramkan hati. Salah satu hal yang berkesan bagi saya adalah ketika tamu meninggalkan hotel, staf perhotelan yang bertugas melambaikan tangan dari atas jembatan di depan gerbang hotel. Itu adalah sentuhan yang bagus.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived at the hotel's parking area, the parking attendant was so friendly and very friendly. We were surprised by the hotel's lovely interior when we first entered. We were flabbergasted when we arrived at our room because it appeared so elegant, thoughtful, and spotless. The sofa was large. The facilities have never been better in any hotel in the world. Lifts from the train stop are available.

I am very pleased with the clean facility, excellent water quality, and outstanding service. They are very easy to reach by public transportation, so if you want to experience Japan, I advise to rent a car. This hotel is not recommended. It is very safe to stay here.

The hospitality here was great and nice, even though the room condition was not very spacious with the modern interior design, not very shabby, the location is near to Tokyo, and it can be reached in about 2 minutes by foot from there.

A great location in the mountains. However, using public transportation, the breakfast is only complicated to get around. Qualitatively great and very varied. Large rooms and good facilities. a nice futon. Friendly and helpful staff. The wifi was very good, but only in the lobby. There is a fee for using one even if you did not use the offer.
