I have a bad experience while staying here. The wifi is terrible, the staff is not friendly and helpful. They dont provide wifi.

If i get the chance, ill stay there again. I was searching for a hotel near the entrance and exit of shinkansen and ended up staying here. The hotel was ideal for an excursion to the kyocera dome because it was close to both the midosuji line and the entry and departure.

The location is convenient and close to the station of shino osaka. I bought some bento for the first time in a while because the origin bentoku shop was right next to my hotel.

This place offers excellent value for the money! The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are a little larger than those we have stayed in during our travels. As clean and modern as most business hotels in japan, this one is suitable for business travelers. Although the breakfast was different from other business accommodations we remained at, it was pleasantly dry because nothing else was offered. It is conveniently located near the train station in shibuyasaka, just requiring ten minutes to walk.

I stayed with breakfast included. Breakfast was typical buffet, but i was surprised by how few items there were. It was potato salad, boiled bread, and curry rice. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was weak. The room was clean and very nice.

We almost played in the heart of osaka. I used the kansai metropolitan pass on this trip to visit Okayama, Wakayama, Kobe, Himeji, and other areas around it. Every day departs from shin-oshi station. Living here is quite convenient! To get to shon-oksaku station, it takes about five minutes to walk via the overpass. Shinkansentan, jr, subway, are all very accessible and practical! The room is modest, with a bed, television, or desk, but it is really wellequipped. There is tasty bathtub for taking brisk bathing, as well as being very considerate when turning on the heater and humidifier in winter.

The lobby on the first floor also offers selfservice beverages and drinking water. You must complete an information form on your left hand side when you check in and queue up to check out. At the selfserve machine directly across from the front desk, pay the 100yen tax after receiving the room card. Tell the staff immediately when checking out, and then return the hotel card at the Selfservice machine where you pay taxes. Its still excellent and has all the amenities you need.

The room was great and the staff were amazing on the morning of 9/5/2023. They were able to help me get tickets for the local baseball team using their website which was in japan. I hope the manager sees this and can thank them again for me.

The location is close to the train station and family store. And then, the bathtub size was tiny. After that, even though i am a big american, ive still fit in it. Subsequently, this hotel is one of the best hotels ill stay at in asia.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis, hanya butuh waktu 7 menit dari pintu keluar utara Stasiun Shin-Osaka. Terdapat toko yang nyaman di sebelahnya. Ada banyak hotel murah di sekitar Shin-Osaka, tapi menurut saya ini adalah hotel yang nyaman di mana bahkan seorang wanita lajang pun dapat menginap dengan tenang. Saya ingin menggunakannya lagi.

I was a little confused and sweaty while trying to find the hotel, but it was comfortable and close to the station. If i ever go to shinosaka, ill stay again.
