My experience at the tenza hotel and skyspa in sapporo central from december 12 to deceiving 15, was simply amazing. I reserved the fourth room, which was nonsmoking and comfortably accommodated four people and our five 28 pieces of luggage. Pros 1. Easy parking The hotel offers paid lift parking for 1500 yen for guests, providing a hasslefree parking solution. The only drawback was the inability to access the vehicle from 10.30 pm to 7 am, despite the overall advantages. 2. Excellent location The hotels location is unbeatable, being less than twilight walking distance to li xiao lingu 7Ding mu and offering easy access to la xiao 1Dang mu. This proximity made our stay even more enjoyable because we were able to explore the vibrant surroundings with ease. 4. Spacious room The fourth bedroom was more than spacious for our group of four, and it easily accommodateed our 5 large suitcases without feeling crampedin. Their warm hospitality added ambiance to the entire experience, making us feel welcome and valued. 5. Cleanliness Both the room and the hotel as if it were clean were both spotless. Despite being available, they fell short of expectations. Although it was merely attainable, the washing machine hiccup did little to diminish the quality of this establishment overall. The front desk accepted our request to switch rooms for the next four days of stay after one night with a wall view. After all, it was awful to imagine being trapped in shady space for most of our entire weeklong stay because the new remodeling annex one appears to be tastier and more organized. The hotel is environmentally friendly thanks to the sauna, which is free to use and has never used idly used the shower booth in the room. Because room cleaning will be held for three days, you can pick up daily necessities that are required at reception. Breakfast consists of various cuisines from both japanese and korean. However, there is varying pressure to enjoy time. Although quite far from shoddy shiboro station, its still within walking distance, and its close to suzukino and the arcade shopping center. The room is good, but if you want to try the spa onsen, you will absolutely want back to your room. The onses are small and you cant relax. And no tattoos allowed! Lol.

I stayed in the annex building 10th floor. The facility is well maintained and the room renovation is quite new. It is spacious. Spa and laundry are very convenient. Hotel staff were very helpful. Because i had 3 large luggage so ive got a taxi to go to sapporo station and they helped me quickly. Breakfast buffet was great. Worth attempting.

We stayed for 3 nights during the snow festival so the price is x 3 compared to normal. The room in the annex building is better, wellequipped, clean and comfortable while the room at the main building was a bit old and bad at soundproofing, we could hear people talking and guests jumping which made us couldnt sleep before 11 pm. Didnt have able to experience osen as it was busy and noisy most of the time. Very good breakfast which cost 2200 yen extra. Great location to walk to stations or parks nearby.

The hotel is a 10minute walk from odori station. It is divided into two sections, the main and the annex. The room was of decent size, with two beds in mine (regular 2 places and one place). There is air conditioning, tv, fridge, humidifier, and kettle in the room. Main building 1 F has amenities. With sanitizer and utensils, there is an average bathroom with bbq, sink, washlet, etc. Good quality soaps are available. I enjoyed the breakfast provided, which included i had on the buffet, including salads, cheeses soups for hot dishes, croissants or bread, milk products, water pressure, temperature, showers that were both good. There are about 5 washing stations, 2 hot baths lukewarm bathing, cold bath, sauna. Two massage chairs, television, coffee maker, microwave, vending machines, washers and dryers also available at the rest area. What could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms floor carpet.

The bus station and the cts are both within walking distance. Excellent onsen with complimentary ice cream and massage chairs. Compared to typical japanese rooms, the room is more roomy. The lobby is spotless. Large luggage cannot be slanted onto the front door. As expected, excellent japonian service.
