We stayed in a Twin room for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Parking and car retrieval was quick, staff were friendly and spoke English well. The room was spacious and had fast internet and comfortable beds. Bathroom had a rain shower and all the usual amenities. Breakfast was served in the hotel until 10. 00 am and varied and of good quality. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is quite good. The room and bathroom were big and clean, and the service was so pleasant. There are many food options and stores close by. But, I am very happy. The breakfast is good and there is only a gym on the premises. Gym is big and new. Will be back.

This was my first visit to this place. The service was very good, they provided a gym with a nice gym facility, and also the cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

It was a one-night stop while touring Japan's north region. The main train station is only a short stroll from the hotel. You don't require much supplies because the bedrooms are of a decent size. Despite the fact that it appears to be more of a businesstransit hotel when we arrived, the breakfast area and dining room were tiny and very busy, so people left quickly. One of the poorer breakfast options I've tried in Japan, though. There are other bars in the area, though.

Overall, it was a nicer hotel than other hotels I stayed at nearby. Excellent breakfast with many options. Close to station. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. The bad check-in process took longer

Excellent breakfast, a great coffee shop, a good location, and friendly personnel. The hotel is very close to Utsunomiya Station. The size of the bedrooms is better than in other Japanese hotels.

I would suggest this place to everyone. The personnel is friendly and generally genuinely excited to be there. It is really what you require because not many people are able to speak English other than wake up calls. All you can eat breakfast is complimentary and usually filling. However, don't arrive for breakfast right away when it opens because there will be a line. Just give it a few minutes before the first wave vanishes. There is a 7-11 holdings right across the street with delicious pre-made sandwiches, which are useful if you're running late or if you have to drink too much on your way back to your room.

The breakfast that served buffet style was delicious, however there weren't many options that day, especially for the very last half of breakfast time. There were a number of pubs and restaurants right outside. The biggest part of the city's nightlife appeared to be on the other side of the station, making it less of a barrier. We were able to enjoy the area without a problem.

The staff here is very friendly. The rooms are small, at least by American standards but if your just looking for a bed and love to drop your stuff, this is a good place. The hotel is also close to local restaurants and shopping malls. The key has a stick attached that switches on the power and you must return it when you leave for the day, which means no ac running while you are gone! A charming feature of his place is that they provide you with sterilized pajamas like Nedezer Scrooge.

I highly recommend this hotel. I have remained here twice in the past couple of weeks. The room was very quiet and spotless each time. The breakfast was consistent and good, despite it being the same every day. The biggest benefit of this hotel is the location of the magnificent and entertaining train and shopping center. It was a wonderful time looking for dinner in the shopping center every night. It was a very memorable experience, and I'd stay here again just for the opportunity to explore the station and mall.

The Super Hotel isn't the closest to the station or the city center, but it's well worth the extra walk. You don't get a key or card upon arrival, just a code. You can also choose between various pillows, from the hard ones filled with rice to the soft ones, all at different heights. The rooms are functional with a very little bathroom, but there is also a very pleasant communal bath near the bar breakfast area. There is only one, so you must determine which time slots are best for you men and women who cannot use the facility at once. Last but not least, in case you require a taxi, two dedicated phones will quickly arrange for a driver from the companies that partner with the hotel. If the weather permits, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended!.

Just follow the train to Utsunomiya, where it takes less than 2 minutes to get there. The rooms are spacious than usual jap business hotels, are virtually brand new, spotless, and offer all modern amenities. The mattresses were cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and the personnel was helpful. The trip from Nikki to Nikki took two days there. It takes 43 minutes and 682 jpy trains each hour to get there. It's a more relaxing and less expensive option surrounded by many shops and dining options. At night, Nikki is rather peaceful.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Although the room size is very small, this place is also fully equipped. The breakfast is bland and served basic Japanese fare.

This hotel is located right next to the Metro station and it offers a nice deal. This hotel has a simple and comfortable interior. Breakfast starts at 630 in the lobby and is free.

We stayed at the hotel as part of our tour. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby reception area is quite impressive, very modern, and welcoming. The hotel is directly across the street from the train station, bus station, and shopping mall. General Store opposite also. The hotel room was very modern, but as you would expect from Japan, it was quite small. The air conditioning was really effective and the bed very comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which didn't really cater to the Western diet, and the dining restaurant was a tatty. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. Check-out via electronic checkout machines is very easy.

This hotel is really close to utsunomiya station ; only 1 minute walk. Also close to grocery/supermarket that we can find in the station and Lala mal (with big Daiso store). The room was clean and comfort. Don't forget to visit min2 gyoza restaurant that located between hotel and stasion. The best gyoza ever.
