Room was clean, had some problems but every time we said something to the front desk, they were always quickly to resolve the problem.

Mycket enkelt men trevligt hotell som drivs av tre bröder. Alltid glada och serviceinriktade. Rummet var stort och så även badrummet. Rent och luktade fräscht.

Got a free upgrade and very spacious accommodation for my price however there was cigarette smoke circulating in my room throughout the night which gave me a dry throat for my stay in Jordan which is the only bad thing I can say.

The room was nice enough but the sheets were dirty/stained on the bed and there was no coversheet just a comforter and I don’t think it ever gets washed on a regular basis. And because the sheets were so dirty I did not rest well imagining who else had slept on them.

部屋が広い。部屋に案内してもらった時にスタッフがテレビを点けると映ったが、一旦消したら何故か映らなくなった。 シャンプーと石鹸はあるがタオルは無い。シャワーの勢いは微妙だがお湯はちゃんと出る。しかし長時間使っているとぬるくなる(暫くすると復活)。 朝食は部屋に持ってきてもらうスタイル。 スタッフは皆いい人で翻訳アプリを使ってまでコミュニケーションを取ってくれた。 中心地からは結構離れているが、周りに店などもあるので不便を感じることはない。

The hotel did not have our reservation ready an hour after check in . There were people in the room still. They tried to get us to relocate to another horrible hotel but we refused. It took them two hours to relocate the people in the room and clean it. We received the room at 3:30 pm and were waiting since 1:00 . Absolutely unacceptable The reception was full of cigarette smoke. The beds were squeeky. The king was two twins squished together so it was uncomfortable. The size of the room was great but the we didn’t have towels and requested the shower tube to be replaced. The bathroom was full of rust . The noise was so much. Cars beeping through the day , night and morning. I was extremely frustrated by the front desks lack of professionalism.
