Thank you, Tristan. I was pleased and impressed with the great staff. Many visitors are critical, but this traveler has just praise for it. Please bring me some of the staff you'll encounter, they are always eager to assist and welcoming and enjoy talking. Greet the guys at the front desk, Malikazhaudir and Bakdaulet, who are always available to help and are cordial. There are many staff members who provide excellent service and with a smile in the restaurant. At the Irish pub, Asshat is available to chat and offer service. They will assist you in learning skills and meet your needs if you request. In housekeeping, we meet Lira who speaks extremely welcoming English and has a fantastic team of cleaners who make your stay comfortable. I don't forget the smiley lazy in the hotel cafe, a wonderful example of a happy employee who adores her job and her guests. There are many fantastic staff to mention, but the hotel management deserves recognition for the excellent service you have rendered.

The breakfast was big and delicious. I really enjoyed the fitness center. The room is very clean. The building itself is beautiful. I will stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff is highly qualified specialists in the field of hospitality. The breakfast is very varied and fresh. Very convenient location.

Rios Turkestan is a wonderful hotel that has more to offer the most discerning. Indulge yourself in luxury, pamper yourself at the spa, and, of course, taste the delectable dishes and cuisine. Drink wine and listen to live music, and so much more. The top level of service and hospitality is under the management of the general manager, Abdul Aliz! I was very disappointed with this hotel, it was just one night, and I stayed here with some friends. I will definitely stay again in this place. After I discovered this hotel, I adored every aspect. My sincere gratitude to the reservation manager, who I didn't know, for bringing an electric car to the family entertainment center to get me to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located in a variety of parks, shops, educational centers, and many more. The Whoa Ahmed mausoleum, Turkeys main attraction, and the nearby sights and monuments, are both only a short walk away. The accommodations are superb. I want to express my gratitude to Eric for upgrading me to a room with a balcony overlooking the evening theatrical floating performance and for his recommendation of the utterly unmissable flying theatre. For lunch and supper, Peritta and punish were both friendly and helpful. A wonderful location with wonderful surroundings.

After discovering this hotel, I adored it in every way. A big thank you to the reservation manager whose name I didn't get, who sent me an electric car to the family entertainment center to take me to the hotel. A combination of theme parks, retail centers, education centers, and many more. Turkish's biggest draw the Whoa Ahmed mausoleum, and the nearby sights and sites are close by. The rooms and facilities are superb. Thanks especially to Erik for upgrading me to a room with a balcony overlooking the evening theatrical floating performance and for recommending the utterly unmissable flying theater. Peritta and punish were both lovely and accommodating at the hotel restaurant for supper and breakfast, respectively. A fantastic setting in wonderful surroundings. My sole regret was that I stayed only one night.
