Dalla camera vedeo la spiaggia il giardino e la piscina ottimi servizi e intrattenimenti molto grande camere silenziose anche se c'era musica, veramente rilassante personale gentile, ottimi servizi, william risolve qualsiasi problema anche se non ce ne sono, fanno escursioni programmate, veramente ottimo ci tornerò se dio vuole, grazie a tutto lo staff

Heerlijk rustig omgeving, schoon en veilig. Entertainment score 5...kan beter voor volwassen een beachbar met cocktails en mocktails Geen gymzaal was een grote gemis. Ontbijt tijden 0700-1100 zou handig zijn, tot 1000 was kort. Personeel waren erg vriendelijk louwrence, Winnie, Fatma , Emmanuel top medewerkers.

We stayed in the older building, which was clean and maintained. The rooms are showing their age, but remain clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and a wealth of local information.

Prachtige locatie, heerlijke zwembaden, grote accomodaties en hele vriendelijke staff. Zee is helaas te ondiep om in te zwemmen, staat van accomodaties en voorzieningen erg verouderd/geen onderhoud gehad, eten is erg Keniaans, mag meer internationaal georiënteerd aangeboden worden.

Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was not properly trained to take care of customers. The staff gave us rooms on the 3rd floor with no elevator and we had seniors with us. They didn't even tell us what rooms we were going in. We got 6 rooms and felt like that they could have been more accommodating to our needs.

The best place to book is the residence side than resort,the apartment was spacious,cozy and clean. The only disappointment was the repetitive food and services was long and lack of professionalism.

The property suffers from significant underinvestment, leading to a noticeable decline in standards. It is poorly maintained and desperately in need of an overhaul. The bedroom facilities are outdated and deteriorating, with crumbling fixtures and old infrastructure, such as hairdryers, that have long since broken and been removed. The towels are old and fraying, adding to the sense of neglect. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation; they are unacceptable for a hotel of this calibre. It seems the hotel owners have heavily invested in the adjacent luxury tower, leaving the original hotel neglected and in disrepair. The high ratings could be for the luxury tower next door, owned by the same group. That said, the beach is exceptional, truly one of the best.

They didn’t have activities as advertised on their website and ended up referring me to another tour guide to take me where I can do jet ski,so this guy told me I could leave my bags with him and ended up taking a picture of my bank card and now I have withdrawals from my bank account
