For the price, there are really no complains. The aircon and shower heater works. There is a water dispenser at the lift lobby. For short stay, this hotel is good enough. There are many food options and massage places is the area, really a plus point.

the chinese one receptionist wear glasses not so friendly. they said make up room by request , but i remind her need to make up room but my room still messy no clean n change.

Water heater was ultra weak. TV was without remote (no shows as well), wifi signal was constantly breaking. Windows gaps are so bad that i almost suffocated from all the incense burning downstairs. Counter staff was friendly and helpful but can't solve those issues
