For those who have just come down from a hike like me, the climb of the stairs to the first floor of the receptionist with all of your luggage is really depressing. The room is a little small for a twobedroom apartment and three adults studio. However, it is clean, comfortable, and affordable. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I arrive at the hotel quite early, at 10.00 am, and ask for permission to store my luggage, but surprisingly, i am allowed to check in instead. I really appreciate this huge assistance. Updated on september 17, 2022. Came here again after three years. The price is still reasonable, affordable for budget travelers, and the room is clean. However, the facility is a bit outdated.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in during my holiday trip. Excellent hospitality, helpful and friendly staff, and owner. This hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and its strategically located, there are many restaurants nearby. If you need more information about this lovely city, the tourism board is also right around the corner. This twostar hotel is ideally situated near suria sabah mall, wisma medeka mall, and the wellknown flea market gaya street. The main gateway to tunku Abdul Rahman marine park (Islands, is only a 6minute walk from the jesselton point ferry terminal. This basic hotel my friends is undoubtedly a gem, situated in the heart of kota kinabalu town. It offers comfortable bedding, good water pressure, reasonable room rates, and strong internet access. Awarded a winner continuously by tripadvisor for many years 2012 - 2019, this basic hotel also receives good reviews from other platforms. This hotel is known for its fantastic hospitality. I would give it more than 5 stars. Two thumbs up!.

the room was so comfortable and clean. but the parking was so inconvenient, it would b so great if they can provide few parking spaces for customers. overall this place is excellent.

The term "beautiful things come in small packages" best describes this property. The stardard is on par with any other boutique hotel around. The place is cosy and homely. I initially booked a queen bed with no window but the owner was so generous to upgrade me to king bed with window overlooking lush greenery. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I had the best sleep in a month. The hot shower was pleasant and all toiletries provided for. If anything need to be added is a bidet tap. The communal area has a fridge, hot & cold water dispenser, microwave, toaster and all other necessities. All you need is your own bread, cereal and milk, you're good to go. The location couldn't be more perfect, centralized but away from the busy streets. There's a fruit market downstairs and a supermarket at the corner. I particularly like the supermarket. They sell high quality bread and everything else you need for breakfast. They even have a good selection of beer and wine (if you're upto booze). If malls is your thing, Suria Mall is only about 3 minutes walk away. All other attractions such as Signal Hill Observatory, Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, Harbour Walk, Central Market, Handicraft Centre and Waterfront Esplanade are all in the vicinity. If you're looking for a comfortable yet affordable place to stay in KK, I highly recommend eden54. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Central location Very comfy bed City view king room spacious - traffic didn’t disturb sleep and I am a very light sleeper Owner so helpful and accommodating Excellent value Lovely Deli either side of hotel for food snacks and use of kitchen fridge and utensils with seating area provided This place has everything - highly recommend
