All reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay. Payment is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable.The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s check-in details.Booking confirmations are only valid upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. Any cancellation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.Modification of stay dates and room types may be done after a booking is already confirmed. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee per offence will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.Fishing activities are strictly prohibited within the waters surrounding the resort premises.Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 nett is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.
