Its a shared house with about 40 rooms. It has 5 floors, with an elevator at the front and stairs at the back. Each floor has 2 bathrooms, a water dispenser, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator. All are shared. On the ground floor, they provide a dining table, kitchen, washing machine, and hanger to dry clothes in the sun. Parking around the house and inside the house is free. No need to worry. Digital door lock on main gate and house door. For each room, you are given a key which is given on the lock box outside each room. Key number will be provided once you book. In this case, i booked the place through application. And got a good price. Hehe, dont expect a hotel room. Its more like a guest house. Or koskosan. Inside the room, there is an air conditioner, table, chair, mirror, hanger / storage rack with hanger, and bed. I have to say the bed is not comfortable. I wake up feeling bad on my back. Overall, the stay is fine. The resident or other guest is also okay, some are not nice, but the other is very welcome. For a cheap place to stay, this is ok.5.0/55 Jul 2023

Penginapan yang direkomendasikan untuk program Genesis IVF Penang. Tersedia kamar mandi dalam dan luar yang lebih murah. Ada air panas dan WIFI. Ada dapur untuk memasak sendiri. Kompor, rice cooker, microwave, kulkas, dispenser, peralatan masak dan makan seperti panci, pisau, sendok, garpu, piring, gelas, dll. Bahan masakan yang disediakan termasuk minyak goreng, bumbu dapur, beras. Ada mesin cuci sehingga Anda dapat mencuci sendiri. Minuman gratis diambil sendiri, teh, kopi, pokoknya lengkap. Belanja murah dan dekat di supermarket Jaya Grocer atau jalan 500 meter ke Pasar Pulau Tikus. Makan murah di foodcourt lantai 5 Gurney Paragon Mal. Kuliner malam dekat Gurney Drive Night Market.
